Ok well i am gonna post some crap about what i eat and do. Ill post what has happened so far this week.

Monday
6:45am Played half an hour of basketball then did 20 minuets on the stationary bike, switching levels from moderate to all out, i was dead after that

Breakfast. 1/3rd avocado, 1/4 sweet onion, few ounces of carrots, one thin slice to deli turkey breast a little broccoli. Mix that together, then made southwest egg beaters and ate it like a omelet.

Lunch- Cottage cheese and an apple

few hours after lunch- Protein shake

Friend Called, so i played b ball for another 45 and hot tubbed and sauna
Dinner- One portion of a cooked chicken breast

Banana before bed, had about 10 cups of water throughout the day

Tuesday

Then i ate 9 lindor Truffles which was 640 cals with all of the fat for the day, this got me down so i did not want to eat much more

rest of day, Cup and a half of 1 percent milk, one cup of cheerios
Dessert- 3/4 cup plain yogurt with some Cinnamon

I did an hour long upper body workout which left my arms dead, i could not lift them, almost crashed on the way home.

Today...

Woke up late, so i am done eating for the day and have had

2 bowls of salad with about 135 cals worth of ranch total.
Apple, Orange, Toasted two pieces of bread, reasonable amount of deli turkey breast, 1/3 of an avocado, sparing amount of cheese limited mayo. Made that into a sandwich.

I also did 45 minuets of b-ball and a 20 minuet run
 
Thursday---------
Cheerios with milk and a banana
Lettuce with limited ranch with a can of tuna water packed.

Dinner-5 ounces of cooked roast beef with a half cup or corn.
Have had about 8 cups of water so far today, going to work out soon.

Went on a 20 minuet run, was able to do 2.5 miles
Then played power basketball a game i created, involves sprinting, jumping and shooting. Did that for 30 minuets. Was dead

Well about myself. I am 20 i go to school i am 260 and am 5'4........Jk im 6'1. But idk need to lose some weight. So i proly just gotta eat better, some fruits and veggies. Get up and work out. I used to drink alot of pop and eat alot of ice cream. I guess i do not do that anymore, i can get to teh 240's i have been trying but i just never see it on the scale. I play basketball am a member at lifetime fitness, so i got a place to do what ever. I am thinking about swimming more idk. I read about some people who lose weight rapidly when they start, one kid said he was 250 on thanksgiving and is 233 now. Well i know that i eat better and work out more than him. I have been lifting but i doubt i could gain that much muscle that it would make me gain weight. I have some workout ideas and eating strategies but anyone can improve. My goal is to be jacked like "The Situation" 215 with 12ish body fat.
 
Today i ate.
Cottage Cheese
Orange
about 10 shrimp mid sized, 8 of them were cooked in some butter and garlic
A portion of noodles and some veggies
Workout
40 minuets of basketball 3 one on one games
1 mile run
45 minuet upper body lifting session
30 minuets of racquetball
After workout ate some soup chicken wild rice soup which was 200 cals

Weighed in and have gained weight so far this week, Funking A
 
Today_____Went to my sisters basketball game, she is 8. They won 32to 31 and she had 10 points. I think i proly burned 1000 calories watching because i was shaking the whole time. Very nervous. We all went to costco and i had a few samples nothing much proly 135 calories.
Lunch-A can of Tuna packed in water 100 calories, with a dab of ranch.
Dinner---Chicken I had a small leg, took the skin off. I had a few ounces of beast meat, an ounce of baked french fries, as in not much at all, just wanted to try them. A decent amount of Costco, Kirkland Stir Fry Veggies which are very good. Capped off with 4 cups of water, which puts me at 7 for the day.

Pretty Hungry, am eating carrots mindlessly.....My goal is to not eat anything else today, gonna be hard. I might treat myself tomorrow during football possibly 30 piece buffalo wings at KFC.....

I don't know but today seems kinda odd
No barking from the dogs, no smog
And momma cooked a breakfast with no hog
I got my grub on, but didn't pig out
But i knew Today was a fat day
Had some chicken breast am i finna pass this test
Ate some pumpkin cake damm it was the best
Watched some football until i got a call from my boy jake
said man im a finna take you to bk, aight man you better be on your way
Been getin paid all day, ordered two doub cheese,

Did roof raking, worked out the arms

DINNER----Pasta, with chicken and mushrooms in gravy, with a good helping of veggies.

Gym, full contact basketball with friend, few knots on the head but whatever. Hot Tub, Steam room
