Okay so Im a couple days late. Oops.

weigh in.

As of Monday I was weighing in at 216.0. Ugh. I am a tad bit frustrated. I feel like I have been at this weight for months. Can I really be platueing this early?

Well either way this is a new week. I would really like to get down to 214 this week. Lets see if I can do it C: Next week marks 10 weeks until the cruise to Jamaica. Getting down to 200 for it is still an attainable goal. Lets get this show on the road!!

todays meal plan.
BFAST-
protein shake-220
melba crackers-100
LUNCH-
salad w. turkey and cheese- 200
soup- 200
DINNER-
chicken and ginger, sweetpea cous cous-400
SNACKS-
baby carrots-35, frozen peaches-100, string cheese 50

TOTAL=1305.

I wont be able to make it to the gym today because I am super busy. But last night I worked my rear off and burned 900 calories to make up for today. WHEW!

Aahh. So its almost been 3 weeks. Im sorry that I seemed to have vanished, 3 weeks ago things got a bit crazy. They have died down since but it was just a matter of getting back on track and posting again. My son got his first cold and on top of it was having breathing issues again. Not going into big detail about it but it was scarey. Not to mention we just bought a house and we are getting ready to move. And on top of it all my husband has started some intense training for his new promotion. He is constantly doing something for the program so that leaves me to have to take care of the house, the baby, getting things in order to move into the new house, getting things ready to move out of this house, getting the people to come and get our stuff to have it shipped. You get the idea!

Anywho, back to the business C:
Last time I weighed myself I was at 216. something I forget. So I have maintained, which I am content with. Im hoping to really get in the gym everyday but we will see how that pans out. Today is Monday so I will try to weigh myself tommorow for my weigh in.

todays meal plan.

BFAST- 5AM (mommyhood ;))
strawberries-90
kashi cereal w/ half cup milk- 350

LATE BFAST- 9AM
eggs- 250

LUNCH-
soup- 200
salad- 100

DINNER-
chicken & cous cous- 400

SNACK-
pop corn- 90


Just about 1500 cals! Well I am going to head out the door for a walk with my son C:

Ahh Im baacck!
Its been months and months since Ive posted last. Pretty obvious reason, I stopped following my diet/excersize routine. Bleh. So here I go, again.

Sadly, not only have I gained ALL of the weight back but I have surpassed my starting weight. I havent weighed myself in a couple weeks but last time I checked I weighed in at 234. Yessh. Thats hard to even type. However, I cannot say that I am suprised. Our cruise was in December and lets just say I took full advantage of the all you can eat buffet (for every single meal). And thats not even including the 24hr Italian Pizzeria & home made Icecream bar I would wonder to at 1 am.:blush5: We were of course, home in time for the holidays (AKA, deep fried turkey, corn bread, baked mac n cheese, mashed potatos, pies.. you get it.) So ya, I went all out.


Unfortunatly, I dont think I will be able to go back to my old routine. For a few reasons. A couple weeks ago we moved back to the states and we wont have a second car for awhile. That means I wont have transportation to and from the gym for a while. Instead I plan on ordering a workout DVD. I was thinking about a Biggest Loser one? Or maybe the 30 day shred? Any thoughts? And as for my diet, when I was on it lets just say our grocery bill was insane. Right now, we are making less money so Im going to have to cut way back on the food we buy. I plan on buying a couple big bags of chicken breast and bulk bags of frozen veggies. My main concern is the snacks. I would buy a big variety of snacks. Anyone have any tips on a good diet plan that doesnt rob the bank? It would be SO appriaicted, you have no idea.

Today was the first day I paid attention and wrote down what I ate. Im not on my full on meal plan yet because I still need to go grocery shopping. So the food wasnt perfect but it was better then its been the past month!

todays meal plan.

BFAST-
two eggs
1/2 cup skim milk

LUNCH-
speggetti & meat sauce

DINNER-
speggetti & meat sauce

SNACKS-
1 6oz vanilla yogurt cup
a few steamed carrots
smart food cheddar popcorn

I didnt count the calories or anything yet though. Tommorow morning Im going to pick up some things and get on the ball. Ive also think Ive settled on the 30 day shred dvd. Just need to order it.

Well me and hubs are about to have our movie night! Cya tommorow. C:


 
Okay, so it's been a week now and I've only had one decent day. One. Last night I just broke down. Upset with myself that I dont just DO THIS!


So I decided that Im finally going to go for it and join Weight Watchers. My really good friend has been trying to convince me for almost a year now to join with her. She has seen amazing results. But I think part of me thought that if I joined that I would be giving up on myself. Admiting that I can't do it on my own. And Im not going to lie, I still feel like that a bit. But I've decided that its time to put my pride aside and suck up and just DO it. So next payday (the 30th) Im going to join. That also gives me time for my workout dvd to get here.

Im extreamly nervous. I dont really know what to expect. I know that its not that much diffrent from counting calories. I just am anxious to see how I do. I pray that making this commitment will force me to stick with it. Afterall I dont want to waste my money ya know. So there you have it. Until then I do still plan on eating better.

Oh a postiive note, I found a breakfast/ snack idea that I love. A small handfull of frozen strawberries and a individual cup of organic vanilla yogurt and put in the blender. Amazing. It is sooo yummy. Im hooked. I think I may have found my secret weapon to snack on when I get in that "munching mood".

Hi!! Just read through your whole diary. There are lots of people here using Weight Watchers, and they all rave about it. DO NOT think of it as giving up on yourself! You're investing in a healthier you!! There's NO shame in needing a program like WW to help you with that. They've done the research and know what works, you should definitely take advantage of that.
