Alright so I'm 25 days away from being 24
.. lol and I just started a exercise program with a good friend.. She's actually on this website too.. Hello if your reading this..

Anyway.. Today was the first day and can you say ouch.. lol muscles hurt.. and it's probably going to get worse.
We are gonna do exercise three days a week.. Hopefully more from there..
Im not comfortable saying my starting weight but I want to get down to 150.. My first goal is 15 lbs..
My weight in days are Saturdays..
My cheat days will be Friday because that is the day that no one in my house cooks and we go out to eat (For dinner only).
