Alright so I'm 25 days away from being 24 ;).. lol and I just started a exercise program with a good friend.. She's actually on this website too.. Hello if your reading this.. :) :waving:

Anyway.. Today was the first day and can you say ouch.. lol muscles hurt.. and it's probably going to get worse.

We are gonna do exercise three days a week.. Hopefully more from there..

Im not comfortable saying my starting weight but I want to get down to 150.. My first goal is 15 lbs..

My weight in days are Saturdays.. :) My cheat days will be Friday because that is the day that no one in my house cooks and we go out to eat (For dinner only).
 
My calorie intake was good today..

I stayed below what I have to in for me to loose weight.. My calorie goal each day is 1500 and I did 1449 calories and I'm full.. Which is always a good thing..

But MAN is counting calories hard. you have to count every single thing and sometimes that may be difficult to do. (Math is not my subject.. lol)
 
That is why the calculator has become my best friend this past week. Even though I have made a mistake or two lol. But it will probably get easier after dealing with it for awhile.

I forgot to eat lunch so my calorie intake was a lot less today.. 965.7 I'll eat a snack here in a while so it will make it a bit more.. :)
