Snack: Apple, green tea
Lunch: Hard-boiled egg (salt), vegetable sticks (carrot, celery), clementin
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Canned salmon, black beans with salsa, soup (turnips, bok choy, strained tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice)
Snack: Blueberries, two pieces dark (60%) chocolate, two dried unsulphured apricots, 15 almonds

Exercise
Six push-ups; walked 10,000 steps

Exercise
Walked 10,000 steps, five push-ups

Period started today. Have about 6 pounds excess water weight, as usual. At least I hope it's only water weight.

Girl, you love you some Corn Tortillas...:D...just like I love me some BROWN RICE!! ;)!! hahah!! Great meals...keep it up!!

Haha. Yeah, I don't know what I'd do without my corn tortillas. Only 50 calories apiece and I still get to satisfy my carb cravings.

Menu
Breakfast: Peanut butter on two corn tortillas, blueberries, clementine
Snack: Air-popped popcorn with cooking spray, salt, pepper, tumeric
Lunch: Salmon salad (canned red salmon, onion, celery, peas, lemon juice, miracle whip), cabbage salad (red cabbage, light honey mustard dressing (ken's brand), rice wine vinegar)
Snack: Apple, cheese, decaf coffee with chocolate soymilk, cocoa powder and saccharin
Dinner: Three corn tortillas with guacamole, soup (strained tomatoes, onion, celery, garlic, swiss chard, lemon juice, black pepper)
Snack: Apple, cheese, two dried unsulphured apricots, 10 almonds, two pieces dark (60%) chocolate

Exercise
Walked 10,000 steps, six push-ups

A crazy night of snacking. I was simply ravenous. If I'd left out the cheese I would have been ok, but as it was I ended up at 1900 calories. I hope tomorrow is better!

Dinner: Baked potato topped with egg, swiss chard, onion, salso
Snack: None

Exercise
Walked 10,000 steps, no push-ups

There was a lot of late-night snacking, but still ended up at 1600 calories for the day!

So where do you get tortillas that are 50 calories a peice?

All the corn Tortillas that I have seen have about 100 a peice? :) I want to buy those! hahah! :D Here I am having been CHEATING MYSELF out of the good tortilla life!! :drool5:! (because 2 does the craving, not 1) hahah!

Hi, Alta! The tortillas are the El Milagro brand, they are 5 inches across, and come 12 to a pack. The are 3 packs for a dollar. Most stores around here have them. I hope you can find them. Sometimes they are shelved in the bread section, and sometimes with the other Mexican food.

Good job keeping the eating under control - I need to make a food log again - it really helps in being accountable. Keep it up!
