Hi Marty!!! My last name's Marty so we are friends ;-)
Look, don't get down. We all have gotten down on ourselves when the weight doesn't seem to budge. Are you gaining weight? The answer's no. Are you watching what you eat and making better decisions about food? The answer's yes. So why do we get down on ourselves? Because it's human nature. We must be doing something wrong right? Not at all. This is your life, the only one you got. You're doing these things to better yourself for yourself. Keep at it, know that you are not alone and that you have support. You're at a plateau, we all hit them and only the strong willed get past them. You are strong willed Marty! Keep posting and keep doing everything in your power to succeed.
Just a suggestion for exercise, do you have access to a YMCA or club that has a pool? I know you may be shy about getting in a swim suit, but water exercise is best for people with a lot of weight and bad joints...
Keep at it!!! I'm pulling for ya!

. I've been keeping my calories bewteen 1500- 2000. I'm not sure when I'll have to cut the calories down lower, but I think I'm OK till I get down to at least 250.
I ate a whole bag of tater tots (I think is has 8 servings) 4 BIG muffins(you could easy take one muffin and make 2-3 servings),these are the major "NO NO's" plus all the other food I just ate at my meals. When I go on a binge like this-I start thinking--"Man, I've really screwed up now-so what's the use to try" and I really get down on myself, and it takes a day or so to get my thinking back right--where I can give it another try. Dose anybody else struggle with this? Sometimes I feel like I'm the anyone that deals with these ups and downs.
