i have a diet, without bread and all that stuff, and i do pilates 5 times a week an hour, and im in a volleyball team, i'm 50kg, i've lost 10 kg since october but i want a waist, does this helps?:$
 
Can you be specific on your diet? What do you eat on any given day?

If by bread you mean simple carbs, then that's a good start. However, you still need carbohydrates, which you should be getting from whole grain foods, vegetables, and fruit.
 
like, in breakfast i have to eat protein like eggs or something and orange juice, in meal i have to eat veggie salad with soup and meat and water, and in dinner i have to eat salad with tuna or beef or chicken, my diets changes every week, someitmes i get 2 eggs with toast bread, and so...
