helloooo all my gorgeous people!!!

As you can tell by my happyness i had a great workout- im glad to be back to the old me again:) Last night i decided to treat myself to a toasted cheese sandwich- something i havnt had since i started(because i became a bit addicted to them)

It was ROTTEN!!!!!!!!!!
i ate it and afterwards i felt greasy (ha) and gross. IT WASNT EVEN NICE!!!! I think my taste buds have changed!!!god what was i thinking eationg that crap :banghead:

Either way its a lesson learned

I know what you're talking about it. Once you realize how good healthy food makes you feel, everything else just doesn't taste like it used to.

Don't beat yourself up over it. You're doing great! :) Looks like you'll be breaking your goal by the start of July rather than the end :p

Aw thanks Snezy :sifone:

I am only giving myself a 6 pound goal for july because i am due to plateau (I normally do around the 8th week) though this week i have been doing a bit extra in the gym so maybe ill side step it (P L E A S E )

Plateauing is usually because your body is getting used to the workouts. It's easier for your body to do the workouts that you began with now because it's in better shape. If you think about it, it's actually a good thing. Your body is getting strong and more fit. But if you want to lose weight you have to keep pushing the envelope. Make sure your getting your heart rate up for an extended period of time. If you keep at it, you shouldn't plateau. I know you have the determination to do it :D.

How was the weekend by the way? :p

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i KNEW I was due to plateau- im the same weight as last week minus 100g (woooohhh lol )

sop bust my but harder this week me thinks xxx

I just broke a 6 week plateau yesterday. Remember not to stress out about the scale. Everyday you are a better you, no matter what the scale shows. Just continue using what you've learned throughout your journey. You will break that plateau in half.

HAYA!!! (<---...that was my fake karate scream...)

Hi,

i've just read you diary and it was really refreshing. I have had 2 mortifying experiences with regards to my weight and it's not nice. I'm struggling a little myself though and it was nice to read someone's diary who is really happy and motivated. Your weight loss so far is absolutely amazing. congratulations and good luck with the rest of your goals x

as you can tell from my humour i had a brill workout- endorphins rushing through me lol :) I burned 300 extra calories today and yesterday and will do for the rest of the week- im going to BLOW this plateau out of the water

Ohhh also i got measured for the 2nd time today (The first was on May 31st ) and i have lost 10.5 inches off my body :hurray::hurray: Im delighted with that- and the best bit was 3 of those inches were off my bust which is my most hated part (gggrrr)

so im happy and i send love and good wishes to all of my readers xxxxx:cheers2::grouphug::biggrinjester:

hello readers- i went out last night , was v good food wise didnt touch a thing and the SMELL of the chipper food when i was drunk was v tempting ha- but i didnt touch it yay.

looking back on the pics from last night i can see the weight loss- i always though there wasnt much change but there is a good difference between last nights pics and the communion pics when i was 250 lbs. yay:)

Well done on the self control...drinking and yummy/ greasy /fatty/ salty food go hand and hand with me...so I can no longer drink until I reach my 175 mark...then I will slow re introduce it....this is what I am hoping to do..we will see...but KUDOS to you for having the will power...great job!!! :)

Happy sunday- im off to the gym in a while!!!

I am feeling really happy. yesterday was a great day- my jeans felt much looser on me than last week(yay) and we all know when i feel a sudden diff in my clothes that means a big number (please please). Im pretty sure ive broken out of the plateau, according to my sisters scales i have but im not offically counting that :gnorsi:

2 people said to me yesterday that i needed to get new clothes cos my top was hanging off me (yay) and i threw OUT my size 22 jeans and im in my size 20s (that are loose yay)

I was watching the biggest loser a while ago and i got v emotional watching it , a guy was crying saying he remembered getting chest pains from walking up stairs and i found myself getting teary. Anyone with a weight prob knows the feeling and its horrible, and it feels really good that ive made changes.

My fiances been noticing my weight in a big way. he kept saying yesterday how proud of me he was:) its lovely to hear

Congrats on your changes, that's wonderful! Keep it up!

That must be such a great feeling, having perviously skinny clothes hanging off you. I'm envious. :D Hopefully I'll be there soon, too.
