Waddling down the aisles diary!!

hello all my lovely readers!!

had a great workout today- beat my calorie burn record by 100 cals so im happy.And as you can tell im in a great mood:) Felln great in myself and was complimented today by a woman in the gym who i see most days, she said i look slimmer:) thats quite a boost let me tell you

Im aiming for a 2lb loss this week- please please please xxx

horrible day :(

ugh had a horrible day today:( could do NOTHING in the gym , well not nothing but only burned 400 cals- and compared to the 750 i burned yesterday im not pleased

And to top it off i went to visit my dad after and my uncle was there ( who i hadnt seen in 6 years) and he looked at me and said "Jesus you have gotten fat- youd want to go for a run for yourself":banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Now theres a downer for ya!!!

ugh! feel awful, only had a few vodkas last night and i feel v unwell:(

i had my friends sons party yesterday and i am VERY proud of myself because the amount of food there was unbelievable- choc cake- sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, sandwiches etc and i didnt touch A THING so im v happy with myself on that note:coolgleamA:
 
well i went to the gym (on a sunday yay) and i had a brill workout so im v pleased. my gym pants are much looser on me today so yay! feeling really good about myself today and i am so happy i decided to make this change. Feel like i could take on the world:biggrinjester:

Off to the gym at half 9 , weigh day tomorrow eeekkk! Id be thrilled with 2lbs but this week iv noticed on my body more so you never know what the scale could say. Either way im feeln v good about myself(well better than i did a month ago) Its amazing what one can achieve in a month!:hurray:

Weigh Day

Its 9.15 here in Ireland, weighing myself in Boots at half ten, its LASHING raining here and its the middle of summer. Whats new!!!

Im down FOUR pounds this week- how the hell did that happen lol

Current: 231

1st Goal:238 BROKEN ON JUNE 7TH
2nd Goal: 231 Broken on june 21st
3rd Goal: 224 (by July 30th would be great)

Calmed down after yesterdays great number- todays a new day and 2 pound loss is my goal for the week- then if i get that i will be 9 pounds over the goal i had set to be on July 2nd (Friends birthday) which was 238 lbs and if i lose the 2 ill be 229 (eeekkk)so id love that

Dont know WHERE im pulling the big numbers out of!!!:drool5:

Had a great workout today- noticed my fitness majorally today so pleased withthat, when i started on cross trainer i was staying on 4/5 and maybe jumping up to ten for a boost, Now im starting on 7/8 and jumping to 14/15 for a boost and im finding them easier also. So yay!!

Great job so far! You're putting the effort required and getting results! Hurray! Keep it up! I know you'll get those two pounds off for next week, you're going to look great at your friend's birthday. :) It's so great to see actual fitness changes too, it motivates me a lot to keep going.

So perhaps it's time to start setting a couple more goals? You're breaking them so fast, you might run out pretty soon :p

I have a goal set for The end of july id like to be 224 which is 7lbs so when i hot that goal i will set another because i am due to plateau soon enough (in the next week or 2 id say )

Good morning people

Heading off to the gym with my little sister at lunch time,cant get over how quick the weeks going. looking forward to my workout- i normally get up at 7am and am in the gym by 9 but on fridays my lil sister comes so we go at lunch time. My body woke me up at 8am- its so used to me walking up early that i cant lie in anymore (even on weekends lol)

Its weird i suffer from insommnia and i only got it once in the last 6 weeks and even then i just couldnt fall asleep for 2 hours (when normally im up for the night) Guess thats a good thing:)
 
Friday was an odd day for me- i went to the gym and i burned my 700 cals but i didnt feel like i had done anything- it was really odd.

Its sunday today and for the first time since i started this i dont want to go to the gym:cry: its the weirdest feeling- but i am going to go even if i have to stay up there all day to get what i want done

Went to the gym but onxce again feel like i did nothing- my heart wasnt in it today. I really hope i am not getting bored of it, i mixed it up a bit today but it still wasnt the same to me:(

I was supposed to be up at 7am for gym but has a bad night (dog next door wouldnt shut up) so i slept in. Now ive gotten up and normally im raring to go to the gym , and once again i dont want to. i dont know why this is haoppening to me!!!!its weight day tomorrow i cant not want to go

whats happened to my motovation!!This isint me!!!

Good job on getting the gym! I know it's tough some days. Make sure you're getting enough sleep, should make it a bit easier.

i really didnt want to go - im glad i did seen as tomorrows weigh day. i am expecting a pretty low number this week as gym wise i did what i needed to but i just didnt feel it (sounds odd i know lol)

Id be happy with any loss tomorrow
