offically the worst day ever!

woke up this morning with the flu- in the middle of summer seriously howd that happen! The gym was hell i was so stuffed up i bearly did a half an hour in it:(

i hate being sick- bit of a low day!!

ah its a BEAUTIFUL day here in ireland- mister sun has found us at last. woke up early and went to the gym- still not 100% better but wasnt missing the gym.

Bought a bike yesterday as my sisters decided to give up the gym(and the gyms miles away and she was my ride) so i cycled up and home today- my thighs are KILLING ME!!!:smilielol5:
 
hey all

Happy saturday- im in a great mood today - its just gone 9pm in the evening here- had a good day. i dont go gym at the weekends so i spent today scrubbing my house:) so blinging home and exercised me:sifone:

i dont know whats come over me the last few weeks i am in great form- i got over my flu pretty fast and it normally lasts days, i am constantly happy and chirpy and normally im grouchy and moody. Its amazing what a change in lifestyle will do for you.

Im very much looking forward to the next weigh in- Im PRAYING i lost 3lbs becaise then ill be out of the 17stones and into the 16 stones.

i am VERY pleased with myself today- its sunday and i went to the gym (its a big deal for me lol) Just got an urge when i got up this morning, so i went and had a great workout

yay!!
 
had a good workout today - tomorrow is weigh day eeekkk! id L O V E to have lost 3lbs but the chance of that is pretty slim considering i was ill during the week.

Oh well!!
 
funny things to do before a weigh in

Shave your legs.

Loofah your elbows.

Two words: Bikini wax.

Blow your nose.

Take out your contacts.

Clean the lint out of your belly button.

Leave off the hand lotion - who needs to retain moisture at a time like this?"

Go pee

Take off your jewels (we know you love them, but they must weigh a ton!)

Get that short, short haircut. (It will grow back.)

See a sad movie and cry (more water loss).

Remove underwear. (Nobody will see under those heavy outer garments?!)

Clean out the ear wax.

Spit out the gum, it can make the difference....

Now exhale and pray....

well today was weigh day and i am down 4 lbs- i am THRILLED to bits:hurray:

i am out of the 17 stones and into the 16 stones

yay yay yay!!!

Current: 236

1st Goal:238 BROKEN ON JUNE 7TH
2nd Goal: 231 (by july 15th would be great)

I used to out of boredum but now i fill the time

I weigh myself every week and take part in various challenges on this site.

yes when im 30 pounds down i am getting my hair done

well my monthlys decided to come along so im not going to expect to have a loss this week due to water retention. been a good week pushed myself .

few people have mentioned i look like iv lost weight so thats good:)

not expectn a loss as i said because of my monthlys, its been a weird few days- i was wreaked in the gym today dont know why:(

saturday i have my friends sons birthday party- that will be quite a test :(
 
Good job on breaking your goal, that must have felt good.

This seems like a tough part in your workout. Just try to get some exercise, hopefully you'll feel better!

ya its been a weird few days- the workouts seem harder even though ive been doing the same as always and i usually fly through them
