Still in the 140's that's great!
How is the eating once a day going? Are you snacking at all or just drinking water/fluids the rest of the day?

There are days I got without really eating all day, but for me it wouldn't work well to make that a normal habit. I'd be starving and end up either not eating near enough or eating way too much.
 
Well I’m at 147.0 lbs. Glad I’m back in the 140s!

Today I had mushrooms and a salad for lunch. I skipped lunch and dinner. Hopefully I’m 146 or lower tomorrow. I think I’m going to try to be a vegan. The mushrooms were delicious and filling. I might get veggie burgers (no bread) and veggie crumbles and spiral zucchini for spaghetti.

Tomorrow I’m thinking about taking a hike around the lake. I have to do more moving around.

I know that I might be being unrealistic but it’s better to shoot for the stars...
Anything under 145 lbs is going to be great! I haven’t been at this weight in years!
 
I reached 145.0 lbs. Yay I am so excited to reach under that number. I’m finally in the normal range of the BMI chart. The lowest I can reach is 108 lbs. but I’m trying for 113 lbs. but I reached my 1st goal.

I hope I’m 141 tomorrow. I’m going to eat regular on Thanksgiving. We have a lunch of curry chicken and hopefully roti. Then we’ll have Thanksgiving dinner later.

Drinking a stupid amount of water has been helping me a lot. 3-4L. It doesn't sound like much, but it's hard to do some days.
 
144.4 lbs. today I ate oatmeal for all meals. With blueberries, Splenda, and almond milk.

I started back to the gym and started running. I did a 20 min run at 4.5 mph today. Hopefully I make it tomorrow!!! I tell myself that it’s only a short amount of time. I plan on building to 6.0 mph and reach 30 min. I usually quit after several days so hopefully I stay motivated. Today is my 3rd day!!!
 
Well I’m just eating once a day. Doing like the intermittent fasting diet.

I’m down to 141.4 lbs. Lowest I’ve been in years!!!
