154.4 lbs. my mom left today so I started my diet.
GW1: 153.0 lbs
GW2: 150.0 lbs
GW3: 148.0 lbs
GW4: 145.0 lbs
 
151.8 lbs. today I did well. I had a Greek yogurt with almonds for breakfast. I had a salad for a late lunch. Dinner was Brussels sprouts and baked tuna. I had some almonds as a snack. I also went to the gym and did the Precor machine for 60 min on level 10.
Hopefully I won't eat anything else tonight. At night I get cravings and it's so hard to stay in control.

Thank you for stopping by allicat. I hope I can reach my goal this time. I'm trying to do it the healthy way this time so I could maintain once I reach my goal.
 
156.0 lbs.
I can't believe I'm so high. It's so hard to lose weight. I have to try harder this week. My new goal is 153 lbs. I'm going to have an egg white with a flatbread and a chicken salad.
 
153.8 lbs. today I had an egg whites and cheese sandwich for breakfast. Later I will have a salad with chicken. I hope I'm 153.0 tomorrow.
 
So I'm at 154.4 lbs. I had a turkey sausage flatbread and iced coffee with almond milk for breakfast.
 
Not really cate! But I have begun a new diet.

Today all I ate was a flounder and yellow squash. I did have tea and decaf coffee with almond milk throughout the day.
I'm going to do the same thing tomorrow. I actually liked the flounder.
I am at 155.0 lbs and I refuse to gain more.
 
I am now at 153.2 lbs. I did have a drink today. And I ate out with my sisters. I am going to try to not eat again for today.
Hopefully I will be 152 tomorrow
