Korrie just read your post. I went Medi-weight loss and they have me on a plan. But I have a natural appetite suppressant and energy burner and vitamins. Today is my second day. I skipped breakfast. Lunch was a salad with mushrooms and I use a 0 cal dressing from walden farms. Dinner is going to be asparagus and chicken breast tenders.
This is what I did yesterday and lost about 2 pounds. I also drank tea with almond milk and 45 cal slice of cheddar cheese.
