I currently weigh 135.8 lbs. I would like to weigh 113 lbs. My first GW is 134 lbs. Hopefully by Friday I will reach that. I plan on working out and eating less.

I had brown chicken and butternut squash and an iced coffee with almond milk and splenda. I went to the gym and did 20 min on bike and 20 treadmill. I also walked at home with youtube.
 
Hi Victoria & welcome to the forum. You say that you hope to get to 113lbs. That's about 51kg by my reckoning & seems very light to me. What height are you & what BMI would you be at that weight?
 
Don't expect to lose weight every day. Our weight fluctuates day to day and can be very discouraging. The only reason I would weigh myself every day is to see it for curiosities sake. Weigh yourself weekly, and then you'll see more of an improvement.

137.4 lbs. well I'm 5'4". I've been trying to get to 113 lbs for four years but I eat too much.
For breakfast I had a turkey sausage flatbread and almond milk iced coffee. For lunch I had stew chicken and white rice. Then I had a slice of coffee cake. Dinner was quinoa and baked thigh with beans and Plantain.
 
135.8 lbs. so I'm back down again. Today I had a baked chicken thigh and quinoa. Dinner will be stew chicken and quinoa.
 
137.0 lbs. I hate the snow. I can't go to the gym. My mom left today. I have a week before I leave. I want to lose three pounds.
 
You and me both. Snowing here like crazy, and I have an hour drive to get home after work. yuck.
Weigh in at the most once a week otherwise your going to drive your self crazy when you bounce around. Trust me I've been there, not fun...
 
138.0 lbs. going on vaca in two days. I know that I will gain weight. Hopefully not too much.
