139.4 lbs!!! Back into the 130s. I’ll try to stay there this week.

Went for a hike at Castle trail with my sis this morning.

Went to Panera for a bacon egg and cheese on one bun of ciabatta. A Starbucks passion tea lemonade with Splenda. Lunch was a Fuji salad with chicken. Dinner was a bowl of cheerios and cashew milk.

Breakfast was a bacon egg and cheese on one English muffin bun. And a coffee with creamer. From heavenly. Tomorrow I might cut my breakfast sandwich in half. Feeling extra stuft and it’s almost lunch. So I’m skipping lunch. Dinner was ranch marinated chicken breast sautéed and an arugula salad.

Had to go cut up some chicken split breast into pieces and marinate it. For our vaca at abc campground in nh.

Have my pcp appt in awhile. She wants to talk to me about my bc request. Hope she approves so I can get an extra packet of bc.

Yeah, birth control. I was put on it for the estrogen. I wasn’t having my period. So now I get my period but I shorten it by taking the active pills. So I just get my period for 3 days and it’s really light. So that’s why I need an extra pack. I asked my pcp but she wants to see me face to face. So hopefully my request gets approve!
 
So my pcp approved my request. I get an extra pack of my bc. But now I’ll do 3 months on the active pills. Then I’ll do a week off it.

Went for that morning walk with my sis.

Went to a new cafe for breakfast. Got 2 eggs and 2 slices of avocado sourdough bread with everything seasoning. Huge breakfast. Not going to eat until dinner. Going to watch a show at the library. Will probably be really hot. Then after we might go to a restaurant.

I think I got in all my calories for the day.
 
230 am and I’m still up. Tried to sleep but I have insomnia and my ambien isn’t working.

I just sautéed some ranch marinated chicken breast.

138.0 lbs. My next weigh in won’t be until Monday. I am going to try to not go overboard on the food. I’m going to try to skip lunch. I’ll try to go by the beach or pool during lunch time.

Went to the gym as soon as it opened. Just did upperbody and squats. Going for a walk in an hour. Went with my sis and T at Castle trail.

Skipped breakfast. Lunch was some ranch marinated chicken breast. Dinner was a quinoa salad and grilled salmon. Then I had 2 or 3 s’mores. Took my ambien before so that’s probably why I don’t remember.

Going to ABC I. NH. Have to do ton of grocery shopping by noon. Finished my shopping. Tried falling asleep but did not work. I hope I can sleep tonight.

I hope you got to sleep & managed to catch up. Hope you stay in the 130's Vic. You're good at keeping on top of it. I had better learn a lesson from you.
 
Thanks Cate! Sun is about to go down. So almost bedtime. I took a whole ambien hoping it will do the trick. With my other meds.
 
Thanks, LaMa!!! Slept great last night at the cabin. Got my own queen bed. And I actually took a whole ambien pill. Usually take half.

Went for a 42:32 walk around campground with sisters early this morning.

Having a mimosa right now. Breakfast was mangoo, a fried over easy egg, avocado, and longinista.

Went on a train around the campground. Went to the kiddie pool and hot tub. Probably going to have some grilled chicken for lunch.

Dinner was grilled sweet potato fries and grilled pork and some chopped salad. Said no to the s’mores!!!

I fell asleep at a decent time after taking my meds later last night.

Woke up at a nice time this morning. Drinking coffee with cashew milk. About to go for a walk. Walked about 50 min with I.

Had my morning coffee and one cinnamon brown sugar donut mini donuts. Breakfast was an egg. Mushrooms and spinach. Avocado. And I had one blueberry pancake with a little syrup. Lunch was some grilled ranch marinated chicken breast and some quinoa salad. Dinner was linguine and shrimp. And grilled pork. And cucumber and grape tomatoes salad with feta.

We r leaving tomorrow. Probably go for a walk in the morning.

After dinner last night I had a slice of bread and salami. And 2 or 3 slices of A’s pizza!

Today I’m going home. Will def check my weight when I get back. Tomorrow starts my weigh ins. I hope anything I gain is water weight. I’ve been drinking a lot since it’s been over 90 degrees F the last few days. Love summer! Excited to go home though!

Went for a 50 min walk around park and on the street.

Breakfast was an avocado and tomato on half a toast. Lunch was sautéed chicken and an arugula salad with baby cucumber, and tomato. Snack was 3 jello cups. Going to have dinner a little later. I had a arugula salad and sautéed chicken breast. Had a juice box and 2 jello cups late last night.

138.0 lbs!!!

First time I ever maintained my weight on vacation or even at home.

Sisters cancelled our walk. Said they were tired. I instead went to the gym. I walked on the treadmill for an hour: 20 min on a 15% incline. Went back to the gym in the afternoon and strength trained lower body and did some stretching and abs workout.

Breakfast was air fried pumpkin and buffalo tuna with onions. Had some pumpkin for a snack. And 2 jello cups. Lunch was chicken breast and an arugula salad. Dinner was sautéed baby bok choy and chicken breast. After dinner was pumpkin, cauliflower rice and veggies. Will have a couple of jello cups before I go to bed.

This week I’m going to stay away from eggs. I’ll watch what I eat. Want to lower my cholesterol.
