Had a coffee with creamer and sugar. And a breakfast sandwich from MB.

Went for a walk at Castle Trail with my sisters. We r getting together tonight for dinner. Grilled chicken thighs and salmon.
 
Hey Vic, thanks for stopping by my diary. Reminded me that I needed to catch up a bit with you. Don't want to let an old friend go.

I see you are doing a lot of walking on Castle Trail. Is that the same as the walk around the lake you used to do? Or something different?
 
It’s a loop. And no I’m not walking around the lake anymore. Castle trail is a lot shorter but it has a hill. It takes about 30 min.

Today we went to the beach at Silver Lake. Nice hot day. Ice cold water! And I did go in several times. We came early and left late.

I had a McDonald’s large coffee with creamer and Splenda. Had a couple of chips. Had a rum and Diet Coke. Ate a burger without bun with a little chopped salad and a cucumbers tomato and feta salad. Also had a quarter of an oatmeal cookie. I also had a little piece of steak.

Dinner which I’m eating late is ground turkey, and onions, and an egg and some baby lettuce.

Castle trail sounds good & 30 minutes is about the length of my morning walk with hills that I do with my dog. It's a good thing to do regularly. Weight is coming back down, Vic as it always does :)

Your food looks really good! I like feta.
Ice cold water! And I did go in several times.
Good for you! I love swimming, but I hate cold water.
 
Went for a walk with my sisters and the kids. First went to the playground at Winnikini. Then did a 40 min walk. Then I went to the gym. Did upper body strength training.

Had a ground turkey salad for lunch. I had 2 sf cal f caramel smoothie for dinner. And late dinner is ground turkey with zucchini red onions and ketchup. Then I had zucchini eggs and cheese.

I thought about it. I’m selling my condo. I’m going to live in an apt until I buy a new condo with an attached garage. (I changed my mind… checked prices of apt in this area. So high… ) have to dig my car out in the snow. Prices for condos are high right now but soon I think that the rates are going to stabilize.

Other than that. My sisters and I are going for a walk this morning. I’ll probably go to the gym afterwards for strength training my legs.

Yeah, I guess I didn’t research the prices of apartments in the area. I don’t know how people can afford them.

This morning I went for a walk at Castle Trail. Then afterwards, while I was waiting for my sisters… only one of them showed up. We went for 20 min out one way and returned to our cars.

Since I was up, I had a fried over easy egg with oil. And a slice of provolone cheese. I also had a dd coffee with creamer and Splenda. Breakfast was an egg fried with spray and a slice of cheese. Lunch was 4 oz of steak. And fruit loops cereal. Dinner was 2.2 oz of steak.

Went to the gym. Walked on treadmill for 45 min on 15% incline and 15 min no incline for 3 miles.

Rents are mad here too. I’m glad you checked before doing anything about selling.

Ended up eating a whole medium zucchini sautéed with spray oil. Then I had some sautéed tomato ground turkey .
Should be able to sleep.

This morning I went for a walk at Castle Trail with my sisters. Ate some pasta with meat sauce. And a piece of almost ripe boiled plantain.

Then in the afternoon I went to the gym. I did two hours on the treadmill at 15% incline. Did 6 miles. Had another piece of the plantain for dinner. After dinner I had a boiled egg from airfryer.
