I had no idea that was possible. Do you need an extra insert or can you just toss them in whole? What time and temperature do you use?
 
Just tossed them in. You can look online for the times. 17 min at 270 f. It has different times depending on if you want it hard ‘boiled’.

I am drinking crystal light. Had 3 wingettes. And a beef empanada.

Dinner was some chicken satays from Lots of Eats. A Thai place.

Went for an early walk at Castle Trail with both my sisters.

Today I have to go grocery shopping for our weekend getaway to North Conway, NH. I’m planning on driving myself there so I could go where I want to go.

Went by my sis and had takeout.

Did not go for our walk this morning. Both my sisters cancelled. I did not feel like going either. Will probably go later.

Had a scrambled egg, bacon, and cheese on a ciabatta bread. Had a pumpkin cold brew with almond milk and Splenda. I’m going to try to skip lunch. Sometimes it’s so hard not to eat. But my breakfast was big.
 
Had brownies with vanilla ice cream last night. And ate a lot of lasagna. And a glass of moscato

Today I had a dozen mini donuts at Santa’s Village. Not eating lunch. Full! Had a piece of soabo bread and a slice of salami. Piece of brownie and some ice cream.

Tonight we r having curry pork and rice.

Just got home. Went to Echo Lake yesterday and today. I’m so tired. Had a lot of traffic on the way home.
 
Yes, I swam even though it was freezing. Went in several times since the sun was blazing!

139.6 lbs!!! Not too bad considering I ate a lot. So going to have salads today.

About to have a massage. My sister gave me hers. I totally forgot about it. Until my sis text me. Rushed getting dress but I did make it on time.

Skipped breakfast. Lunch was a salad with a boiled egg. Had a feta, cucumber, tomatoe, and red onion salad.

Skipping breakfast. Lunch was a frontega chicken and piece of baguette.

Did not make it for my morning walk with my sisters. Pressed snooze and got up late.

Drinking coffee with cashew milk. Also Chrystal light.

Went for our walk at Castle Trail early this morning.

Got a breakfast egg McMuffin with ham and cheese. Ate only one bun. And a coffee with creamer and Splenda. Had another coffee but it spilled. Breakfast was $3.50. Going again tomorrow if there is another special.

Lunch and dinner were romaine lettuce, red onions, yellow pepper, tomatoe, and cucumber with poppyseed sg dressing. If I’m hungry later I’ll have another salad. Had a boiled egg.

Today I had my McMuffin with just one bun. For $1 you can’t beat that. Decided to just drink my coffee at home. Cheaper and I can add my own milk to it.

J graduation got pushed back to tomorrow because of the rain. So his party is now on Sun. Which means I can go on my date tomorrow.

So we r getting together this afternoon. For tacos.
 
Enjoy your date! I don't drink coffee but looking at what Starbucks and Co charge I'm not surprised you're switching

Had a Panera breakfast sandwich with coffee and creamer. For breakfast. Lunch was a fugi apple chicken salad. From Panera. And it came with a baguette. I used my sg poppyseed dressing. And dinner was a homemade salad with my dressing.

Went for a short walk this morning. 1 mile. Sis was congested. Going for another walk at Weir Hill this afternoon. Went and did an hour hike on the trails.

Date was okay. No sparks.

This morning I cleaned up my bedroom. Donated a lot of clothes. Still have stuff to do. Promised myself that I’m going to clean my entire house today. I did clean my car though. So that’s great!

Cleaning your car and your bedroom and decluttering your closet is quite a lot for a day in my book. Good work!
