Last night I couldn’t fall asleep unless I ate something. Had curry steak and rice a roni.

Up early for my walk with my sis. Have 3 loads of clothes to put away. Then I’ll study some Spanish.

Had an iced coffee with almond milk for breakfast. Skipping lunch. Have a dental cleaning appt today. Early dinner was a fugi chicken salad from Panera. It had gargonzola, pecans, apple chips, grape tomatoes, red onions, and spring lettuce. Had my poppyseed sg dressing. Came with a baguette.

Today I had an egg and bacon on an English muffin from Heavenly.

Went for a walk on treadmill for an hour. Did incline for 25 min and the rest flat. Planning on doing some fitness videos later.

Made spaghetti squash with airfryed chicken breast tenders for lunch and probably dinner too. Trying to push the times back so I can have my dinner late and then go to sleep.

Today had a coffee with creamer from McDonald’s. Then had popcorn at Chunkys for Jurassic park. Had a whole glass of rum forest rum. Then had a lamb gyro for lunch. And a rum punch.
 
Did you like the movie? I was 12 when the original came out and had been obsessed with dinosaurs for years so I was thrilled (and probably disappointed at the lack of feathers) but I never saw any of the others.

Had brownie and vanilla icecream. Had 2 pieces of Parisan bread with salami. Went to the beach and had 3 wingettes and a slice of chocolate cake. Dinner was a slice of wheat bread (45 cal) and roast beef. If I’m hungry later on I’ll have another sandwich. Had another slice of bread with sweet chili tuna packet. Had some baby lettuce with sg poppyseed dressing. Had 3 more 45 cal bread with butter. And I think I’m finally full.

Going to do low cal until Sat afternoon. Celebrating Ariana’s bday and will have cake.

Breakfast was a slice of bacon and an egg. Early lunch was a hot buffalo tuna packet. I am drinking coffee with cashew milk and Chrystal light. Had a late lunch of another hot buffalo tuna packet. Dinner was early. Had curry ground turkey. Snack was roast beef with mustard. I guess not keto but close. Had a passion tea lemonade from Starbucks. Had a jalapeño. And had cashew milk with sf toffee shake before bed.

Went to the gym at noon. Walked for an hour on a 15% incline. 2.8 miles. In the evening. Hiked at Weir Hill. About 45 min or so. Then went to the gym. But just did a couple of biceps and triceps strength training.

Yesteday was a good eating day. Was going to do the same thing today. But I woke up extremely tired and late. Had a breakfast sandwich with one bun. Avocado, spinach, over easy egg, cheese and bacon. From Panera. My favorite breakfast. Even had a coffee with creamer. I don’t think I’m going to the gym today. If I do it will be late, if I get some energy. Feel like going back to bed. But I have to study my Spanish.

Going to watch Buzz Lightyear at 3 with my sisters and their kids. Maybe Melvin. At Chunks but I probably will not have a drink or eat. I hope we don’t go out to eat afterwards. Thinking about declining food and bring me a packet.

Well I made it to the gym and walked 3 miles in an hour on a 15% incline. Had 3 salt and vinegar wingettes and one boneless buffalo wings from Shaws.

Had one fried chicken taco and some sweet potato fries from Chunkys. And then I had 4 oz of ground turkey. Going to have some cashew milk sf toffee shake. Then I had a piece of roast beef deli and some mustard.

After Chunkys we went to Benson park. It has nice trails and a playground for the kids.

I’m going to try to go to bed early so I can get up to meet my sis in the morning for a walk at Winnikkini.

I have my period. Just got it yesterday so that probably explains a lot. Of why I was so tired.

10 pm and had 3 curry colossal shrimp with iceberg lettuce.

Hopefully I can sleep now.

Really thought I would have lost something yesterday. Oh well! Will try again on Sun.

Went for a walk at Castle trail with my sis.

At Panera, usual breakfast! With coffee and creamer. Also had a chocolate chip muffle.

Went for a walk with my sisters and Terri at Castle trail.

This week I plan on doing IF. Started this afternoon. Not doing a clean fast.

Would like to lose 3 lbs by Friday. Our weekend Hampton beach trip.

Started drinking plain water at 645 pm.

Missed my walk. But I did get up after to go to Panera. Study my Spanish and watch YouTube.

Had a bacon egg cheese avocado and spinach on one ciabatta bun for breakfast. Early dinner was an egg, ham, and red onions. And a park of tuna. Late dinner was another tuna pak and a chicken thigh.

Not going to Panera until July for breakfast. Today my hungry root package is coming through the mail! Hopefully it has some good stuff.

Went for a walk at Castle train with A. Had a McMuffin $1 from McDonald’s. And 2 coffee with creamer.

Had an iced coffee with a little creamer. Late lunch I had nutter butter cookies and a donut from 7/11. Then I had a chicken frontega and a baguette from Panera.

Dinner Had a tortilla and black bean salad from hungry root. After dinner, Had another a tortilla with mozzarella cheese.

I overate today. I’ll try to do better tomorrow. I’ll be having all my meals at home since I have my hungry root package!

Well I used it once with hello fresh. You make the meals with instructions. Everything was in packages. Too much. I got a deal so it wasn’t too expensive. But regular price I don’t think it’s worth it.
