Had a breakfast sandwich. Ate the bread too. Ate dinner early. Bibb lettuce with 5 colossal shrimp, red cabbage with sour cream, onion, tomato, and garlic.

Went to the gym and strength trained whole body. Came home and did a dance video on apple fitness.

Went to the grocery store.

Last night I had congestion. Took NyQuil. Slept for 2 hours. Spent the rest of the night up. Went to Panera early. Got a tea with almond milk and my usual breakfast sandwich.

Took my car to get lights fixed. My sis picked me up.

Dinner was ground turkey on a butter lettuce. With sour cream, cabbage, onion, and tomato.

Still congested. It’s 6 pm.

I'm congested today too. Hopefully, it's from inhaling lots of perfume at the weekend & not anything else. Hope you get a good night's sleep & wake feeling better, Vic.

Today had usual breakfast. Minus one bun. Still congested. Lunch was half. 2 oz of ground turkey breast in a butter lettuce with mushrooms, onions, sour cream, cabbage. Delicious! Dinner was the same.

Do you have seasonal allergies? Mine are currently at their peak and I couldn't breathe without meds. Hope you feel better soon.

No I don’t think I have allergies. I think I have the cold. Which I probably got from the kids.

Walked the Castle trail. Came home and had breakfast. Scrambled egg with red bell pepper and white onions.

Ate breakfast kinda late so I’ll try to eat lunch a little later. Lunch was lettuce tacos with tomato, cabbage, onion, sour cream, and mushrooms. I had a snack of a 45 cal slice of whole wheat toast with mayo. Dinner was the same as lunch. Instead of turkey had shrimp. After dinner snack was bread and laughing cows cheese. And a bacon. After dinner had some ground turkey with chick peas pasta.

I took mirilax and emergen-C this afternoon. Can’t remember when I last had a BM. At 7 got a BM.

Up early for our walk. Everyone cancelled but I still went for that hike around the Castle trail.

Had an egg with bell peppers and onions. Lunch was a frontega chicken sandwich from Panera. It was smoked pull chicken, Mozzarella cheese. Basil, tomato onion and some chipotle sauce. Had a free coupon. That’s my favorite sandwich and I’m glad they brought it back. Dinner was ground turkey on a salad. I also had some potato chips that came with sandwich. After dinner I had an egg and one slice of bacon.

Heading to Nahant beach today! Looks like it’s going to be a beautiful sunny day.

Just had several bites of things. Like a shumai, 1.5 McDonald’s coffee with creamer. Lunch was Dominican spaghetti. Had a double chocolate cookie.

Had a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta for breakfast. One bun, the other bun with cheese I had it for lunch.

Went for a hike on Castle trail.

Dinner was a fugi apple chicken salad with gorgonzola and pecans from Panera. And grape tomatoes. Used my sg poppyseed dressing instead of what it came with. And it came with a baguette.

Late night I ate a whole McDonald’s cheeseburger. And some mashed potato with an egg.

Breakfast was a peach and banana smoothie. Added some ice. Had another one. Strawberries with protein powder. Lunch was 2 empanadas. Dinner was a salad with a baguette. After dinner I had another peach smoothie.

Tried fasting today. Did not happen! And it’s late and I still feel hungry.

Don’t want to check my weight tomorrow!

Today I had a sausage egg and cheese on one English muffin bun. I bought some lean cuisine. Instead of going out to eat. Also got a med hot coffee with creamer and Splenda.

Today I’m going to spend the whole day cleaning! Lunch time,

Had a pizza slice from Lean cuisine.

Went to the gym and walked on treadmill for 32 min. Then I went and walked Castle trail.

Dinner was Salisbury steak and Mac and cheese.

Had a coffee with cashew milk.

Counting cals. Have 60 cal left to use for the day! I had some chia, flax and hemp with almond milk.

Breakfast was a Cumberland coffee. DIY with 2 creams. And an egg. And a 40 cal provolone cheeses. Snack was some bread and butter pickle and the juice.

Went for a hike at Castle Trail. My younger sis joined me.

Went to the gym and strength trained entire body. Planning on doing some fitness videos.

I’m eating a salad for lunch. Broke down and had sautéed chicken. Just baby lettuce, English cucumber, tomato. I forgot to buy red onions. I also had an egg.

We r going out to dinner. Planning on having a salad. And I’ll bring my own dressing. SG poppyseed.

Tomorrow plan is go for a walk. Then go to breakfast.

Went for a walk around castle trail with my sisters. Then went to jimmy ks for breakfast. Had eggs, potatoes, sausage. Also had a cocktail.

Lunch was a salad (lettuce, cucumber, red onion, mushrooms, beets) and airfryed chicken breast. Dinner was a salad with chicken. Had 3 spears of bread and butter pickles. Then late I had a strawberry cashew milk smoothie.
