Vic’s Weight Loss

I did have the shake for lunch. Dinner was a chicken breast tender from airfryer and spaghetti squash.

Drank a lot of water with Crystal light.
 
After dinner I had some more spaghetti squash. And a small bite of steak.

Almost time to go to sleep.

Still no Diet Coke.

Skipped breakfast. Lunch was blackened fish with potatoes and carrots. That my sis dropped off. Going to try to skip dinner.

And I went back to Diet Coke today.
 
Did not have dinner. And late night eating was a shake and a chocolate cookie.

Hopefully I can fall asleep. On my couch watching tv. I’ll try again at midnight.
 
I really wanted to go and eat some more. But I stopped myself and got a Diet Coke instead. Did have water earlier.

It’s supposed to have snow tomorrow. Less than what was expected.

I’m going to try to go to bed without eating anything else.

So far no one mentioned about getting together on Friday or Saturday. I hope I can get this weekend free.
 
Well I cannot fall asleep. So I’m watching tv now. Had a handful of mixed nuts. And a Diet Coke. I’ll probably have another water afterwards. Had some spaghetti squash with ketchup.

I’ll try to go to sleep after a couple of hours.

Ended up getting a large coffee with creamer and two red velvet donut holes For breakfast. Lunch was two teriyaki beef sticks. Dinner was two tacos one with fish and one with shrimp. Had pico de Gallo and guac and cabbage slaw. I had 3 glasses of white wine. And a dessert of a slice of icecream cake.

Tomorrow we r going to a bowling alley. And after we might go to a restaurant.
 
Well I was up early and got a coffee with creamer and 4 donut holes for breakfast from heavenly. Lunch was lobster meat on a salad. From the beach plum. Dinner I had 2 fish tacos and one chocolate donut.

We went bowling. Then we went and ate inside at the beach plum.

Well today I had 2 slices of deep dish pepperoni pizza. And 4 mozzarella sticks. All from pizzeria uno.
 
So lunch was delicious. My older sis is a great cook. She is finally eating healthier.

I went to the gym and walked for 30 min. Slow. I’m going to go from now on.

I can’t wait until I get my second shot tomorrow so I can go to the weights area. I will still have to do the protocols but I’ll feel better.
 
Dinner I had handful of mixed nuts. Then I had a slice of coconut cake from partridge farm. And a coffee with cashew milk and Splenda.

I plan on getting up early and go to the gym. It’s open for 24 hrs again.

Tomorrow I will work on my diet. I’m not sure yet what I’m going to do.
 
Well my sis did make a crab cake in a ramekin. Yesterday. so I’ll eat that for lunch Tomorrow.

I plan on going to the gym early for an hour minimu.m. If I’m awake. This is my beginning of my new workout and change my diet to one I can do. Then I have to get our vaccine COVID at 11. Before that he has to get an xray. Then to urgent care for the result. I think I’m going earlier and get my shot.

Tomorrow I’m thinking about walking an hour. Slow until I feel comfortable going faster. Then when im ready I’ll increase the incline. So that’s my first goal.

the winter here is mild so far. Just 2 snow storm. Temps are getting hotter.
 
While your temps are getting hotter, ours are getting colder. Take care, Vic, at the gym, even with covid jabs. Are people still keeping their distance & hand washing frequently, wearing masks etc?
 
Yes, Cate. Everyone at the gym is wearing mask all times even on the cardio machines. And there is at least six feet between cardio machines.

Got my second Pfizer vaccine shot today!

Did not get up for my walk this morning. Will def go later.

My sis is bringing me food for lunch today. We r going to a restaurant for lunch tomorrow I think it’s just going to be my sis and the twins. And Alex.
