Vic’s Weight Loss

142.4 lbs.

Well today I’m starting a liquid diet.

Yesterday I went to the beach and had a lobster roll with fries. It was so good!!!

This week I need to get back on track with my weight loss.

Today I’m taking my mom to her colonoscopy so that should take awhile at the hospital so I won’t think about food!
 
I’m planning on bringing some chicken broth for lunch. So I don’t binge later. I might go to the gym. If I have the energy!
 
Went for a hike with the kids.

Had beef broth for dinner. Did not put any food in my mouth- not even a taste! It’s 9pm and I’m not hungry. Hopefully I can sleep tonight. Tomorrow I have to go to my dental appointment. I have to check a cavity. Hopefully I can get it taken care of too instead of coming back. It’s so hard to get an appointment. I might have to wait months. But at least it’s free!!!

I’m at 141.8 lbs. Ended up eating cauliflower gnocchi late last night. Today I’m back on a liquid fast.

Tonight we might be going to kimball farm or somewhere else. I have to go back and babysit the twins. I don’t have time for myself anymore. Their grandmother should be back next week. Can’t wait for her to come back. Even though I’ll miss the kids but I will have more time to go to the gym and sleep in. I haven’t been sleeping much. But I still have energy!!!
 
140.8 lbs. And I even had a milkshake yesterday!!! I just had a quarter of it. Threw the rest away.

Well this weekend I’m going away to the mountains! So I’ll probably gain weight.

But my mom and brother are leaving the end of the month. So I won’t be responsible for giving my brother his medicine any longer. And when they leave I won’t need to babysit anymore. So I can start back again on my weight loss. Till then I hope I don’t gain too much!!!
 
Back from the mountains!!!

I am not looking forward to check my weight tomorrow morning. I ate so unhealthy this past weekend. My sister got us the place since my mom and I were babysitting the twins for the past couple of months. So I could not say no to any food that they made.

Well today I’m fasting. Going to have an iced coffee with almond milk for breakfast. Lunch will be beef broth.

This week I’ll try to lose two pounds.
 
Well starting next week I no longer have to babysit and on August 1st my mom and brother are going back to St Croix. So I’ll be free to do whatever!!! So I’ll start back on my weight loss and exercise. And back to IF.

I was thinking about going to the gym today. My sister is back but she’s doing work so I’m not sure when I’ll be able to go. It has thunderstorms later today so we can’t go for a walk with the kids.

It’s gna be in the triple digits this weekend so we r not going to the beach. My mom has her electrolysis tomorrow. I’m going to do my face next week. I got a Groupon for it.
 
140.4 lbs. Hopefully tomorrow I hit 139 lbs. Today I’m gna try to fast. Haven’t been doing well on that front lately.

Yesterday I did 30 min on treadmill on an incline. Have to get increase my incline and speed. Takes time.

Today I have to drive to Derry in New Hampshire. Never been there before. About 30 min away. I got a Groupon for my mom for electrolysis. I have to get an appointment for me. My beard is growing long. I have to get all the hairs growing so it can get tweezed. It kinda hurts. But to not tweeze or wax anymore it’s worth it.

Not going to exercise since I’m planning on fasting today. I have to try to eat less when I do eat. I want to eat as if I was maintaining instead of always gaining when I eat. Plus I plan on going to St. Croix again this winter. To get away from the snow. I do hate leaving my condo since I have to keep my heat on. But I think it’s worth it. But I eat my favorite foods while I’m there so of course I’m gna gain weight. This time I’m gna cut back so I have to start now and restrict by eating less.

So I’m at 143.6 lbs. Looking to lose about 25 lbs. Started a new diet today. I’m just eating protein. Also will be drinking tea and coffee with almond milk.
I’ve been at this weight since Jan. Next week I’m going to an all inclusive vacation by Cancun. Looking forward to it. But will try to not overeat while I’m there.
Yesterday I saw a dietitian and she pointed me to the right direction. I’m also going to check my RMR this Saturday so I can see how much to cut back on calories.

Hey Vic, I just scanned back through your diary to try and get some understanding of your story.

What is your diet and weight loss goal? Being in the 140s doesn't sound too big to me, but I don't know you. My wife is in the 140s and I think she is fine.

I did see that you had a problem with binge and purge in the past, but no mention of it in recent posts. Have you been able to over come that? If so I would think that to be a significant accomplishment.

No still suffering from binging and purging. Just less. Maybe once a week now. I don’t mention it because this forum promotes healthy weight loss and not eating disorders.

Yeah, the 140s is a good weight for me. NEthing under 145 lbs which is my healthy BMI. But I’m trying for 125 lbs.
 
Ok, I guess I don't know the rules very well, and I don't know much about binge and purge either. I just assumed most of the folks here have eating disorders, I certainly do. From my uneducated point of view the most important difference between my disorder and yours is that I keep it down and get fat. Seems like we are fighting the same battle.

Today I’m back to IF. I’m skipping breakfast and lunch and just having dinner with ribs and rice. So fattening but I can’t say no.
 
Well had one hotcake from McDonald’s with syrup and coffee with creamer for breakfast.
