Sorry you had a bad night the other night - and yes, eating with family (and friends) is part of living - it's really tricky trying to balance everything. Good that the fitness club is coming - Monday, is it? Soon, anyway.
Cheese can be a horrible trap for me, so I sympathise about the tortiilas and cheese. Steak and broccoli are both full of nutrition, though, so good on you forthst meal, and all the best for the rest of the weekend. :)

I actually didn’t do any damage. Weight came in 137.8 lbs. I am glad that I picked the sirloin instead of the fajitas which was what I wanted. The sirloin cal on the menu was 200 cal and the fajitas was 1400 cal. At the last minute I went with the sirloin. The alcohol was 300 cal.

Today I had a breakfast of an egg with vegetables of red onion, tomato, bell pepper, and one turkey bacon slices. Lunch I’m planning on skipping. Dinner is going to be ground turkey with the zoodles. I am also going to have a mandarin.
 
Hey Vic, good to see you at 137 something as you put it. Sounds like you are doing well so far today, keep it up!

Are you trying to stop drinking alcohol or just cutting back? I have cut way back and it has really helped me keep the calories down. At first I missed it, but not so much now. In fact when I do have a whisky or beer it doesn't seem to taste or feel as good as it used to. I have mixed feelings about that, I do enjoy a drink now and then.

I would like to stop drinking alcohol completely. I just drink socially. So not that often. But I feel pressured to have a drink When I’m around my older sis.

Good for you, no one was ever harmed by not drinking, not so far as I know anyway. On the other hand social drinking is not necessarily a bad thing. You just need to decide what is best for you, and I think you are doing that.

Im just back from a 4.3 mile walk around the lake. It feels good to have time by myself and not worry about anyone. Planning on going back tomorrow morning. Then on Tuesday planet fitness opens.

Skipped lunch but I did have a snack. mandarin orange and a cheese stick.
 
Dinner was zoodles and ground turkey with carrots, tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers, green onions, and cilantro. And hopefully that’s all for today. Looking forward to my walk tomorrow!!!

Today I’m at 137.2 lb. Having coffee with almond milk and Splenda. breakfast is going to be an egg. With zucchini onion peppers one turkey bacon tomatoe.
 
No I just microwave the pumpkin for 5 minutes. And just panfry the shrimp. With the canola spray. 0 Cal. With some tomato sauce. Just a little. It’s easy and fast!

I am 136.8 lb!!! Doing so well with my diet and workouts. Alex birthday is today so my sis is taking him to ChuckyCheese this afternoon. So I’m going to eat before I go. Just something light. There is just unhealthy food there.

Today I have an apt at 930. I think I’m going to skip breakfast. Lunch I’m not sure yet or dinner. I would like to walk around the lake. Maybe after my appointment. Right now I just don’t feel like doing anything.
 
Lunch was salad with shrimps. I kinda ate it late. I also had a cheese stick. Dinner I’m going to eat after I come home. I’m going to try to skip it if I don’t get hungry. I’m hoping I’m a flat 136 tomorrow.
 
Well I went to Alex birthday party. Said no to the pizza and other appetizers but did have a pumpkin cupcake with no icing. So today went well.
Good for you! I was tempted by a cupcake the other day, I even went and looked up the calories and it would have fit my diet for the day. But in the end I didn't do it. Nothing wrong with the occasional treat, you did well!
