Ok so another week begins. Time for my recap of the weekend! Saturday I hate good all day long even when we went to my father inlaw retirment gathering he had orrdered a 6ft long sub I chose the chicken breat I used a bit of hot sauce on it plus a ton of fresh vegies!!! I only ate the bottom part of the bread wich was whole wheat so I stayed with in my points value also I stayed away from the desert trey and had fruits instead. Sunday I made pancakes with my daughter (she loves cooking) so that was a high point value breakfast and then we went to a surgar shack ( I think it is called in english not really sure) Since I don't eat pork so I stayed away from all the greasy stuff, I ate a peice of the giant omlette, and some of their patatoes (theyre were cook on a wood stove) couldn't resist that and I shared another maple sirop drench pancake with my son. I had homade vegie soup for diner
with about 2 oz of chicken with a slice of multi grain bread so my day wasn't a total lost, plus we walk out in the woods behind the surgar shack in order to show my daughter how maple sirop is made.

at least 2 workouts using my shape
(30 min or more)
and I will walk 30 min each day at lunch
I will drink 88 of water each day

so today I did the 30 min walk and I will do a DVD workout after the kids are in bed.
I have drank 44 oz of water plus a green tea
 
Good job in moving the scale in the right direction! I felt so bad for you when I read about your hubby letting your daughter watch tv - I would have lost it! I don't have children yet but one day I hope too and I don't know how I would have dealt with that - it probably would have taken a lot of time for me to get over it because I bottle things up until I explode! I'd probably still be giving my hunnie the cold shoulder! Good for you and getting out of the house! Sometimes when I feel emotional eating coming on I call my sisters or mom and vent or my girlfriend is a pretty good listener too! Or writing it down in a journal might help - like this one! I don't have a computer at home so sometimes I write notes to my hunnie if what I want to discuss something with him that will probably result in us both screaming - sometimes it's easier to write out what you want to say - it is for me anyway.
Good job on the eating front and getting the exercise in too! Keep it up!

My husband is deaf so I often write things down, cause when I get emotional I tend to cry and forget my signs :(
I am happy with the results I am getting and Finnally exersising more I can't wait for my stamina to up cause yesterday I wanted to do a 30 min workout and only lasted 15 min but at least I got that much in!

Lol don't worry...I sometimes forget my hubby is deaf, he asks me a question from a different room and I actually respond to him, then I smack myself on the forhead and go where he can see me, and repeat myself.

I agree 15 min is better then nothing but I was planning on being able to do more by now, but my exercising has not been very regular so I guess I am going to have to kick myself in the behind and push myself more. Also is I worked out before 9:30 pm then I would have more energy left lol.
 
Congrats on your weight loss so far! Looks like your off to a great start. I just got finished reading your dairy and I will try to keep track with your progress. Our weight is about the same and I've been looking for someone close to my weight. My weight goal is a little bit less then yours but thats just because of my height (I'm 5'8') But I wish you luck!!!

Ok so this is my official entry of the day!!! lol

So I couldn't find my dvd player remote yesterday so I decided to do the My Shape Cardio Workout for 30 min (LOL AS IF) after 5 min I tought I was gonna die but I pushed until 15 min then it was either cooldown or colaps, so I did a cool down.

I also skiped supper last night (I know not good at all)
I got home at 6 gave the kids a bath, then got them in bed it was almost 7:30 the house was so messy so I decided to do 3 loads of laundry and empty the dish washer refill it start a load wash what ever didn't fit into the dishwasher, put all the toys in a corner of the living room, by the time I got done it was 9:10 and I wanted to do my workout search for the dvd remote for 15 min gave up did my workout showered, drank water and went to bed
totally forgot about supper.


This morning I went to the bank to withdraw some cash to buy lunches for the reste of the week, and discovered that I only had 20$ left in the bank, I wanted to cry, Next paycheck comes in on the 15 so I just came strait to work with out buying anything.

Thankfully I always have my breakfast here

Lunch (as I explained no cash no food) but there is a seminar at work and they had ordered one xtra meal and everyone saw I had nothing to eat so they let me have it ) A wendys Homestyle chicken sandwich with fries and decide not to drink the pop so at least that is a few less points I am estimating this to be about 15PTS (only ate like 10 fries)
no snack (i am still full)
so 23 pts used up today :( maybe I should have waited today to skip diner
but I hope I have enought to make a vegi soup so i have left over for lunch tommorow
I never thought I would be exited about a monday (how in the world do I pay the sitter on friday) The only good think is that I have no junk in the house so no stress related snacking.

Have a great evening I will try to catch biggest looser tonight, while folding laundry.
I walk 30 min at lunch (this makes me feel so much more awake in the afternoon)
and I drank 66 oz of water and am working on the last 22
I will attempt a 30 min workout tonight
 
Sorry to hear about the bank thing :( I'm totally in the same spot right now. Horrible! Great job on getting in any time to work out- sounds like ya got your hands full with the little ones, lol. (AND the husband haha!) You're staying pretty dedicated to the points system- keep it up :) use this site to vent and rant when ya need to, keep up the walks at lunch, you'll be there in no time :)

Being 5'8 would be great lol, ah now I have height envy, since my dad isn't even 5'8 lol that just wasn't in stars for me. I will keep up with your diary too and we can cheer each other on!!!!

Thank You for stopping by. Yes the money thing sucks but it will get better, it could be worst at least I know that next monday my paycheck will be there. We had to borrow some money from the inlaws ( I hate that, but the babysitter will need her money and so does the bank) I find the point system is better for me then counting calories, mostly cause I have done it before and it worked. I don't really have to think about it the point value is just there in my head. Thank You for the encouragement!!!!

Ok so yesterday I went over my daily point allowence by 5 or 6 points (it's so hard to figure this out when you are not the one preparing the meal!) I had about 1/2 a cup of rice and 2 chicken vegi brochette (or kabobs) there was like around 3 ouce of chicken and about 2 cups of vegies on those that is 5 points the rice 2 pts so ok I went like 7pts over not good.

I drank over 88oz of water at least 22 oz more last night I was going to do the your shape work out again but by the time i got finished with the kids and laundry it was 9 pm and I wanted to finnish watching biggest looser so what I did was abs, arms, and leg routins during the show and skipping rope (i really have to get a longer one, i am using my 3yrs old daughter it's a bit on the short side)or joggin around the house during the commercial i did that from 9:00 ish till the end of the show (hence the extra 22oz of water) I was soaked and exausted but in a good way after. I broke one of my rules last night, after the workout I decided to weight myself, i was up to 197.6lb I almost screamed, but then i remembered that I just drank like 22 oz of water in the last hour. Also I was so tired, this morning first thing i did was get back on that scale it was back down to 183.6. I am now releived lol!

I will do the same workout as yesterday i need to up my resistance before trying the yourshape not finishing a workout make me not want to work out so the plan this week and next is up my stamina as well as weight loss, I will keep using weight and resistance bands at the same time.

I am feeling good today, I had another great workout yesterday around like 50 min. Same a yesterday I workout while watching Bones from 8 to 9 but my daughter work up so that took 10 min out of my work out. I did abs, arms, legs workout during the show and skipping roap during the breaks and let me tell you my legs are in so much pain this morning! I feel like I am loosing flexibility in my calf (is that was the fat part behind the leg is called, I can't even use the fact that english is my second language here I don't even recall the term in french lol!) I am going to look into buying a Yoga DVD to work on my flexibility or maybe I should use the P90X(My husband bought this because he wants to gain muscle, he is getting so tiny he lost like 15lb since the holiday I bought him this pair of jeans that fit him perfectly and now they fall off of him he down to like 130lb and he isn't even trying he eats junk and candy all the time :banghead: ok this was my rant!) I am still feeling good, i put on pants that usually fit me perfectly (even on Monday) and they feel like they could slip off, I really like those pants but I am still happy about that. I just need a way to deal with the freaking c section pouch, all people tell me is that only a tummy tuck will get rid of that but there as got to be another option, I am so angry at that OBGYN I am sure if I had had a different DR my dauther could have been born with out a c section. No point on thinking about that annymore. :cuss:rant over

I am having so many craving for salty foods lately that means that tom is probably near but eversince my was was born I haven't been regular i am guessing that was the breast feeding but I stopped BF in November so by now they should become regular again. Ok so I did the walk at lunch time and I am almost done drinking my 88oz of water it's so easy this week to drink last week I had to force myself and this week I go over my 88oz that is so weird! I am feeling my glutes big time today especially going up and down the stairs to use the washroom 20 000 times so yay extra workout!!!! See you all tommorow!

Ok well not such good news on the weight in this morning I was 184lb I am so disapointed this week I worked out much more then other weeks . I have to keep in mind tom is aproaching and I had that wendy's chicken sandwich and a hand full of fries. I won't let this minor set back make me quite I was just expecting some kind of loss since i did work out more mabe next week. At least I can see a difference in my measurment and the way my clothes fit! I am also noticing that my bra is getting to be to lose on me so I am going to get measured and buy a new one.

It's so frustrating sometimes the way the scale works - glad to see you are noticing the loss in your clothes and measurements - that's what's most important here! I think if you keep up the determination and stay motivated the results will just keep getting better and better! Have a good weekend and keep at it - one day at a time! We will get there - good work this week!!

Ok Happy Friday people!!!!!! So Last night I didn't so great with my workout my my legs felt so tights and sore so jump rope was very painful so I mostly did some strech squats and lungs just too loosen those muscle up and also I would love to get some more flexibility (OMG I got to learn how to spell).
I did about 4 min or jumping then abs workout and arms workout . The legs feel much better today the gluts not so much.
