Ok so I apologies to annyone who had to read my entries last week I was so depressed a mix of frustration with myself and also lack of sleep and I hate my job, but enought of that. Turns out that even with all the junk I hate last week I lost about 1 pound so as of last friday I was 185.3lb I really don't get it but I will acept it and try to make a big effort because I am so close to having lostmy first 10lb I just can't give up 3 more lb and I made it to my first milestone
So today
Breakfast: Coffee 2pts
Kashi cereal 4pts
Snack Curves straeberri bar 1pts
Lunch 1 Weight Watcher Frozen meal 4PTS
1 WW chocolat cake 4pts
Snack Kashi cereal bar 2PTS
yogourt 2pts
Diner 3oz chicken 3pts
(once I exercise I will have a salad with no dressing) 0pts
for a grand total of 22 pts mmmm maybe I will add a teaspoon of salad dressing
I drank about 64 to 72 oz of water I lost count.

I dealt with my imotions with something other then food!
