Happy tuesday !
So last night I did exercise for like 20 min, I had to run up and down the stairs because it was looking like rain and I didn't want to go run outside alone at 9:30 pm. I did the stair thing twice for like 2 min and wow I tought my legs would fall off! then I did mostly abs stuff only a little arm workoutI just wasn't into it, it was late I wanted to go to sleep. I got home yesterday at 5:30 get inside and it was sooooo quiet, I start looking for everyone and I find my hubby in bed sleeping. (which means, he was tired when he got home didn't set his alarm right and didn't make diner or picked up the kids)

So I start looking for my phone (damn those cordless phones)call my mother in law who lives 2 mins away from the sitter and ask her to pick up the kids beause it takes me a good 15 to 20 min to get there myself so I ended up eating two slices of Pizza for diner. By the time I got the kids to bed and some laundry done it was late and I wanted nothing to do with working out but I didn't want to skip the whole day so I did some workout. I am starting to think that the only way I will get a good workout is by getting up at 4 am

But I am so not a morning person I like my bed. But when I don't work out I get bitchy now that I don't do the emotional eating I don't really have a stress outlet! We will see how I can fit that in. I don't have a lunch today so I have no clue what I will eat but I want it to be healthy and low point.

I think I will go to the greek place near here and have a salad but I don't know yiet.

I am hoping for vegi taco that I will eat as a salad instead of with the shells.
but that will depend on the hubby since this week he is the chef lol!
All my life I have never kept a Journal for more then a week so I am very proud of myself for keeping this one it keeps me in line food wise I will update my points for the day after lunch !
Today I have to do a major workout (should be easy since I will be watching biggest loser and I feel guilty watching it sitting on the couch)
and I will either run outside before or do the stair thing during the comercials.
I have already drank 22 ox of water today!!! I plan to drink at least 88oz.....Is there such a thing as drinking too much water???? I hope not I have been drinking a lot these last few weeks
