Okay so this is my first entry and I will introduce myself and my goal for 2010.
As a kid I had great metabolism so I never needed to watch what I ate I was always at an healthy weight, that all changed when I became a teenager. All throught school I maintained my weight between 140 lb to 150lb I am 5ft3 so it wasn't the healthiest weight but it wasn't to bad. In my 20's my weight kept going up until at 26 I was up to 184lb I hadn't weight myself in years but when I started planning my wedding I decided to join weight watcher and that was on nasty suprise I didn't think I weighted that much. I joined 10 month before my wedding hoping to lose 30lb at least if possible 50 to 55 lb in total. At the end of my 3rd month I was already down 20 pounds but then in the fourth month I lost only 2. Afther a couple of week I found that that the reason my weight loss had stop was because I was expecting a baby so continued weightwatcher on my own not to loose weight but to mainain a healhy weight gain during my pregnancy now 3 years and a second baby later I have decided that this year is the year when I become healthy.
I am 31 years old and I feel much much older I have no energy to keep up with my 3 and 1 year old and I have had enough. I want to feel good I want to have energy. I want to look and feel good. I want to get my weight down to 130-125lb , in order to do that I will use the points program from weight watcher (only this time around I am not joining the program I will do it on my own money is a little to tight right now) in addition to watching what I eat I will be using th WII game Your Shape in order to exercise. I will try to update everyday but will weight myself only once a week. Aslo tommorow I will add my mesurment to see my progress, eventually I will post pics as well. If you have any tip or any info that can help me I welcome it!

That is a very bad way to start my day!
