This weekend I made bad food choice.
Friday was ok I ate what I had planned and stayed in my point. But I did not workout, I came back from my inlaws in was 8 the kids where tired and my 3yrs old was having fits after fits cause she wanted me to get her ready for bed not her dad....but dad didn't understand what she wanted (my husband is deaf, he reads lips great , but it is hard to do when the kid is having a tantrum) So that was a really stressful 30 min trying to get both kids to bed ( my son is mommy's little man) So I did what I do when I am stress I ate 2 cinnamon buns

Why was this in the house in the first place, I didn't buy those I stay clear of the bake goods section. What is done is done.
Saturday the hubby was working I was going to be alone with both kids but my brother in law wanted to go to Winterlude so he brought my Daughter. I had a healthly breakfast and a good lunch but my daughter and husband voted for McD for supper

I had a spicy thai salad with grill chicken but I am certain the dressing and chicken glase as the same caloric value as a big mac and then we where off to watch the UFC with some friends so I stayed up till 2 am so there was a lot of munching thankfully we had veggies and dip so I stuck to that without the dip.
Sunday morning we had peanut butter banana pancakes
and then chinese for supper, very bad day foodwise
As for exercise we took my Daugther ice skating for the first time so at least I wasn't sitting in front of the tv and since I spend most of my time trying to hold her up I guess I that I was weights (all 40 lb of it) for about 20 min my arms are killing me today.
Today is a new day so I am starting with a fresh clean slate
4 points for my oatmeal breakfast
2 points for my coffee
24-6=18
1 curve bar 1pts
18-1=17
and for lunch I will be having a 3 oz chicken breast 3 pts
with a greek salad around 6pts cause of the dressing and feta cheese
17-9 pts =8pts
and I will have a kashi bar as a snack 2pts
8-2= 6
I will be left with 6 pts for diner wich is good.
I am planning to do a workout tonight the hip hop abs total body burn hopefully I can do the whole thing but since I haven't done it in a week I guess I will see.
