Good Morning!
It's thursday, one more day and I am on vaccation!!!!!Man that is gonna feel great! Not comming here for 2 weeks and also I have a very good feeling about a job I applied for at the same place my hubby works at but in the office not the factory, but it would be nice 30 min from home 15 min away from the day care instead of 1hrs. No more bus....wich means no more naps but I will be working 9-5 so time for a workout in the am!!!!! Watch me melt then lol! I know people in the office met them at the Christmas parties and got along with them, the one who told me about the job has know me since I was like 3 or 4yrs old my mom used to babysit her little sister. Annyways good feeling they are making the calls the week of the 19 of july wish me luck! Last night was very stressful my son cried till like 10:30 he wanted nothing to do with his portable crib even if it meant sleeping in his 300 degree room so I gave up them, had him drink an extra milk bottle and gave him a sippy cup full of water to drink and let him sleep in his room with a fan directed at the crib. Both the kids slept threw the night but my hubby woke up late he had to be at work at 3 am and woke up at 2:45 so I had to give his boss a call it would have been nice to have 2 nights in a row with out having to get up but it's not like he can call himself so.

Lunch
will be take out I will go for a salad cause I have erands to run today will check out nutritional info ( I now wonder if I can trust those)
Ok so a Greek Salad with Chicken breast from Jimmy the Greek 7pts
15 pts used up before diner so that leaves me with 8pts for diner. I was a bit surprise at the pts value for my salade but I can fit it in and still healthy comprared to fast food so I am sticking to this choice!
Diner
In this heat more salad lol!!! and some form of protein at least 3-4pts depending on what I chose.

I hope you have a lot of fun, just not TOO MUCH fun. heheh

I'll be going on vacation in less than two weeks and am scared that I'll gain weight, as The Sweetie already has a TON of restaurants already planned out. *face palm* I'm just going to have to be extra careful and hope they have healthy options.

Oh the job sounds great! I really hope you get it! :D Keep us updated!

I am not really afraid to gain on my vaccation, cause when I am at work I sit at a desk all day long, when I am home I run after 2 little kids, we are also kind of broke so no eating out...see money issues are actually working for me this time lol!

I am so hoping to get the job, cuts my travel time to 5 hours or less a week compared to 10 or more when traffic is bad! I will miss the city but I can always come on weekends!
 
I'm crossing my fingers for you on that job Veronique! That would be so great! We are going to miss you for two weeks!! You did great this week - how'd the weigh-in go this morning? I think I'm still holding onto some water from this heat wave - I'm just not getting enough water either. Enjoy your holidays and looking forward to your return with some good news on the job! Good Morning!!! Happy Friday!!! I think the coffee is working on me this morning lol !!! Ok so today is weight in and 172.0lb so that is a 1lb loss wich I am good with..of course I would have loved to see 171.0 instead but a loss is a loss and I did no exercise what so ever all week, I did the mail runs that was walking but I can't really count as a workout cause I am still at work so I have to walk regularly not fast pace. My eating was good and I am happy with that, Last night I ended up eating ???? Can't remember what it's called damn it I hate my blond days ;) 4 oz Chicken breast, 1/2 a red and 1/2green peppers,1/2 a white oignion cooked in hot and spicy salsa and 3 oz of cheese served in a whole wheat Tortillia...I can't beleive I am drawing a blank. The above ingredient where enough to make 3 I ate one last night, hubby had one (he loved it) and I get the last one for lunch today I have to firgure out the point value of that .
Here are my calculation

Cheese is 6pts
chicken is 4pts
Vegies are 3pts
3 tortillia 6pts

total of 19pts but I didn't eat all 3 thank god!
so 6.5 pts per portion I ended the day 21.5pts wich is below what I aim for but with this heat I am just not hungry and let me tell you spicy food makes you hotter I was craving a Frozen Margarita big time lol!

11.5 pts Wich leaves me with 11.5 for diner???? WHAT?????? I am not gonna be able to eat 11 pts worth of food in one meal! I think I will stop at the store and buy fruits lots and lots of fruits!!! Make a home made fruit salad I am craving watermelon so bad! Icy cold melon yum yum...can't wait for my son to tast this :) Next 2 weeks I am on holiday but I will be posting and trying to catch up probably once the kids sleep. Have a great and fit weekend!!!

I have drank even more water this week so that helped a lot!!! Weight in was good! Another 2lb to loose and I will be at my first milestone. 22lb is the amount I lost back in 2006.....At that point I was 166lb I am 5 lb away from that mabe I should use that as my milestone instead...Once I reach 166 I am starting a new journal I think!!! Don't worry I will be online just from home and not work and mabe not as much, at least once a day I have to keep myself accountable!
 
A loss is a loss, so Congratulations!!!! And why wouldn't you be losing? You have done so well this entire week. Have fun in your vacation. My fingers are crossed for you to get that job as well. You'll just shine in the interview, I know it.

Have sooo much fun when you are away. Wanna hear about your time away when you get back.

I grilled them so it was more Quesadias (spelling???) Very good...Love faitas too I love Mexican food haha!

hELLO FORUM FRIENDS can`t stay on long but just wanted to stop by AND SAY that besides a glass og wine and pancakes this morning I am staying on track as far as work out yesterday I spent 1/2 the day swimming and I ran after my son outside....I got a go kids are requesting my attention see ou all later!
 
It sounds like you're doing awesome and staying on track! That's tough to do - I'm proud of you! Keep up the good work!

Good morning


I am still doing good! Stayed in the pool with my daughter almost all day and now I have an awsome sun burn to show for it, I should have reaplied the sunscreen more often of well this too shall pass!!!! I have stayed away from the scale so I don't know how I am doing weight wize but I have been staying at 23 or lower pts value every single day so far...hopefully I stay like this.......ok so food today

breakfast (made by hubby) homemade egg muffin 4pts
will have coffee at some point 2-4pts
lunch
vegi soup or tuna salad 0 - 3pts

If I go for the highiest pts vlue that is 12 pts after lunch wich leaves me wilth 11 pts for diner chicken ceasart salad no bacon I will firgure out the pts later and update!!!
 
I'm so jealous! I wish I had a pool in my backyard. I'd probably get more workouts in if I did. Glad you're having fun with the kiddos!
 
Great work staying on track so far during your holidays! You need to show us all how it's done and keep it up for the full duration! Imagine coming out of vacation with a loss! That would be amazing and a great healthy vacation to show for it!! Glad to hear you are having fun!! Take care.
 
You are doing so well!! Really admire you for staying on track during vacations. Also happy to hear you have been getting some relaxing time with hubby and kids. I wish I could take a vacation, but I would not have the self control you do. Good luck with the rest of the week.
