I have been lifting intensely for about 5 days a week for the past six months. I am happy with how I look as far as toning, but the only thing is that my veins pop out too visibly in my arms, what can I do to make the veins not so visible and popping out? I have decided to cut way back on the lifting because I don't want my arms to be looking too masculine, what can I do to make them still be toned but more feminine-looking? Thanks, I would really appreciate anyone's advice.
