Ok, so here I go for the 100th time! I am making it my goal to log on each day this week and write what I eat and what type of exercise I fit in.
I'm trying to split up my meals into 5 mini-meals (I saw that on this website). I think my calories should be in the 1500 - 1800 range because of pregnancy so this is what I've had so far:
Breakfast: Protein Shake, 1 Slice Whole Wheat toast, 1 Tbsp Light Veggie Cream Cheese, and 1 Yogurt. Approx: 400 Calories.
I'm going to take Dray to the gym at around 10:30am so I'll log on again to write in what I manage to do.
