Hi again
Yes much improvement, though still not quite ready to exercise. hopefully just a few more days left.
No problem though, this downtime is just fueling me even more. Every day i wake up I'm literally furious i cant go and work out. When i recover completely I'll be like a pumped like a rattled beehive.
The body is an extraordinary adaptive mechanic, it will bounce right back, and you may not even experience a retraction in progress during this down time.
The most important thing is to keep your hydration, nutrition, and calories, up during this period. These are the most important elements to assist you getting better, and will limit any retraction (if any) when you return to the gym. Let your body heal. It will bring the real deal when you call on it.
When their is down time (by injury, being sick with the flu, or something else), use this time wisely-where appropriate.. Feed your goal path with fuel. Read articles on diet and fitness that fits within the personal goals you seek. Educate your path. It will be your truest friend when troublesome times come with your diet or gym activities.
Do not forget this.
I rarely get sick, but I have had couple of injuries that put me down (physically-not passionately), and yes it is tough not to be able to train when one has a lot of passion for it.
I go to bed thinking about it; I wake up thinking about it, we are one, and its my big brother and I know it can give me the answers to my heart.
Have you ever experienced this type of passion?
When I struggle with a weight, I can sometimes get tears in my eyes I want it so badly, and become passionately angry. Corney? I don't give a damn.
I know what passion can do. It can pull extraordinary performance from the body; the passionate power within is unspeakable, it is hard to define, its flowing in the blood independent and innocent. Either one has it or they don't.
It doesn't allow me to slip to mediocrity but allows me to pull the power within body that is hidden; its in my subconscious being, it allows me to move with educated reason and inspiration, and no one will understand it, unless they have experienced it.
I feed it education so the passionate pilot is wise steering the vessel. It is the core that can resist and overcome my personal weaknesses in and out of the gym, and will speak to me everyday of my life, and it will speak to the one I love, at the right time.
If one has to struggle to keep passion there, this is not the "kind" of passion, I am talking about.
It is not forced, reworked, or shaped.
It is free flowing in the blood--naturally, you may not know how or why it is there, but you know it is, and is magnificently powerful and embraces certain issues more easily while other persons without it (or ones struggling to locate passion), would deem these sorts of issues as personal burdens.
I have been consistently passionate, not by mistake, personal force, or design, its simply in my blood. Whether its diet and fitness or work you want to do, I am hopeful, you are able to experience this sort of passion.
You will know when you have "it".
When I began Law Enforcement, I never knew at the time, how natural this line of work was for me. I love it immediately. I never thought I was going to work, nor dreaded working the 8 or more hours....I looked forward to going to work each of the 12 years I was in this profession. I never got stressed in the definition most would apply to this word while performing my duty. I lived and breathed this profession. It was just naturally in my blood, but I didn't know this, before hand.
Most can go all of their lives, and never figure out what "their passion" really is. I hope one day you find yours. Search for it. It is unbelievably refreshing and will set you free from a lot of inner turmoils that otherwise exist when trying to "force passion, motivation, and inspiration" that exist in life, but we all have "it".
I hope you can "fly" with it one day, and allow it to pick you up.....allow your heart "scream with passion" and bring loyalty to your inner desires.
Keep on trying to fly.....and search....baby! And, when you find it. It will be unbelievable experience.
YES!......This ROCKS!
Get better.......
And you will.........
You have it all.
And, remember you have "it".
And, the "it" will never let the bee out of the hive.
Best wishes
Chillen
