Upper Back Pics

I hope your day is rockin' too Chillen! :)

I don't want to bug Steve. He has enough on his plate, and the bottom line is he knows where his post is here and he'll get to it when he's ready ;)

But if he hasn't answered by the end of the week, I'll have to gently remind him :D

Just pull from PMS: Pissy Mood Syndrome........

I am sure he will wake the heck up! ;)

Kidding.........

Its all good.......hope it works out in the end.

Oh!...

A new abbreviation for you: ILM

Intensive Love Master.

Best regards,

Chillen, you're funny ;)

:mrright:

You can always put a smile on my face!

Yeah, I hope it all works out in the end. I'll just PM Steve later this week if he hasn't responded to my question about the book/periodization :)

You better be happy......YOU DESERVE IT!

I know you are currently in a rut........hey baby.....wake it up!

What? We have a NUT in a RUT?

One with "educated eyes" keep the mouth SHUT and becomes CUT.

This cry baby SMUT does not come out their BUTT.

And, they reach down in their GUT and pull out this friggen SMUT and put it in a MUTT'S BUTT. (just make sure its not your own dog, lol)

And you know WHAT?

They lose their GUT by being a diet and fitness NUT!

Now, enjoy your personal throne with an unclogged BUTT and STRUT because you sit higher and mightier than Jabba the HUT!

:yelrotflmao:

And, one more thing.......you are so beautiful the mirror can not fully display your beauty, because of all your beautiful qualities:

1. Remarkable and unparalleled ability to realize and use her mental resourcefulness to master all personal difficulties to create personal opportunities of ultimate thrill.

Tremendous, terrific, and abundant "internal clients" that cannot be overcome nor defeated:

A. A heart that shines in the dark and makes her passion bark.

Her heart dances and enhances her mental finances.

B. A charming and glorious "mental attitude" that provides an extra boost to her true love and personal desires which in return gives true intimacy, self-giving, and personal commitment.

C. Frequent flyer of desire. Mentally harassing fire to fly higher that will never retire.

2. Authentic and startling total commitment that rests in reason; moved by unmistakable and astonishing inner beauty that will be fully awakened in her exhibition season.

You see........your problems have nothing on what is inside you, I-ntensive L-ove M-aster.

OH, and one more thing,

ROCK ON! :)

Hello again Chillen, pure motivation in form of a human.

I'm coming off a one week flu that has more or less halted my workout for its duration, with the exception of one run last week.

Other than that, I'm doing fantastic. I have already succeeded in my goal of turning focus on health into a life style. Exercise and diet are one of the biggest parts of my life at this point, and I LOVE it. I have actually had mornings where i've woken up and yelled "WOHOOO".

Winter season is here now, and that means snow and unfriendly running conditions, so i sprung for a membership at a fancy gym, with a big pool etc so i can really kick ass for the entire season. Can't wait to shake this flu completely and get back to feed my monster of motivation at the gym.

Mark my words, you have not seen or heard the last of me. ;)

Best wishes

Hi again

Yes much improvement, though still not quite ready to exercise. hopefully just a few more days left.
No problem though, this downtime is just fueling me even more. Every day i wake up I'm literally furious i cant go and work out. When i recover completely I'll be like a pumped like a rattled beehive.

I hurt my back the other day and i feel the same as you. :(

The body is an extraordinary adaptive mechanic, it will bounce right back, and you may not even experience a retraction in progress during this down time.

The most important thing is to keep your hydration, nutrition, and calories, up during this period. These are the most important elements to assist you getting better, and will limit any retraction (if any) when you return to the gym. Let your body heal. It will bring the real deal when you call on it.

When their is down time (by injury, being sick with the flu, or something else), use this time wisely-where appropriate.. Feed your goal path with fuel. Read articles on diet and fitness that fits within the personal goals you seek. Educate your path. It will be your truest friend when troublesome times come with your diet or gym activities.

Do not forget this.

I rarely get sick, but I have had couple of injuries that put me down (physically-not passionately), and yes it is tough not to be able to train when one has a lot of passion for it.

I go to bed thinking about it; I wake up thinking about it, we are one, and its my big brother and I know it can give me the answers to my heart.

Have you ever experienced this type of passion?

When I struggle with a weight, I can sometimes get tears in my eyes I want it so badly, and become passionately angry. Corney? I don't give a damn.

I know what passion can do. It can pull extraordinary performance from the body; the passionate power within is unspeakable, it is hard to define, its flowing in the blood independent and innocent. Either one has it or they don't.

It doesn't allow me to slip to mediocrity but allows me to pull the power within body that is hidden; its in my subconscious being, it allows me to move with educated reason and inspiration, and no one will understand it, unless they have experienced it.

I feed it education so the passionate pilot is wise steering the vessel. It is the core that can resist and overcome my personal weaknesses in and out of the gym, and will speak to me everyday of my life, and it will speak to the one I love, at the right time.

If one has to struggle to keep passion there, this is not the "kind" of passion, I am talking about.

It is not forced, reworked, or shaped.

It is free flowing in the blood--naturally, you may not know how or why it is there, but you know it is, and is magnificently powerful and embraces certain issues more easily while other persons without it (or ones struggling to locate passion), would deem these sorts of issues as personal burdens.

I have been consistently passionate, not by mistake, personal force, or design, its simply in my blood. Whether its diet and fitness or work you want to do, I am hopeful, you are able to experience this sort of passion.

You will know when you have "it".

When I began Law Enforcement, I never knew at the time, how natural this line of work was for me. I love it immediately. I never thought I was going to work, nor dreaded working the 8 or more hours....I looked forward to going to work each of the 12 years I was in this profession. I never got stressed in the definition most would apply to this word while performing my duty. I lived and breathed this profession. It was just naturally in my blood, but I didn't know this, before hand.

Most can go all of their lives, and never figure out what "their passion" really is. I hope one day you find yours. Search for it. It is unbelievably refreshing and will set you free from a lot of inner turmoils that otherwise exist when trying to "force passion, motivation, and inspiration" that exist in life, but we all have "it".

I hope you can "fly" with it one day, and allow it to pick you up.....allow your heart "scream with passion" and bring loyalty to your inner desires.

Keep on trying to fly.....and search....baby! And, when you find it. It will be unbelievable experience.

YES!......This ROCKS!

Get better.......

And you will.........

You have it all.

And, remember you have "it".

And, the "it" will never let the bee out of the hive.

Best wishes

I know, LOL. Actually I tend to space out my pics by several months, and don't show this many pics in such a short time span like I have been, but I just started a new goal period, and I will need these later to compare progress.

Actually, I can be quite stubborn showing pics on request--for several reasons, only pertaining to strict goal guidelines that have served me well, and is only subject to my understanding and interpretation.

I am just getting back to normal, and I will be getting to your journal. I know it has been a fair amount of time, I have a lot of requests, and I am tearing them down one at a time.

Keep ROCKEN'
