Unimpressive's diary

today was just crap!

breakfast
- 1 cup cheerios
- 1/2 cup skinn milk
- half glass OJ

Lunch
- fried rice.. nothing was opened when i was at work
- 2 dim sims

Dinner
- roast lamb
- veggies (potato, beans, carrots, peas, pumpkin)
- 2 slices bread

Snack
- paddlepop ice cream


IM SICK AGAIN! i have conjunctivitis in my friggin eye again. its making me moody and annoyed at everything.. feel like crying and such. just eating bad now lol
 
Dont cry (it will inflame your eye!!) Dont eat crap (you will feel crappy!!) It totally sucks when ur ill and trying to lose weight...I was ill for ages recently and it just seems to make everything much more difficult! You are doing well so keep going and hopefully you will feel better - and lighter!- too :D:D

Well it's 3pm.. haven't ate anything yet.

It's like I eat bad one day, but I don't continue it the next.. like I can control myself, which I never could before, which is awesome I think.

But gah! My eye is so red and gross.
And I only exercised once this week on my tread, cause I've just been feeling crap.

Sorry you're not feeling well. Don't worry too much about the bad eating day. Believe me, this week has been crazy for me!

Just concentrate on getting better. But you know what? Throw some extra fruits & veggies in there and I bet it will help your mood & your eye!

Hardly ate today. My mother is a fucking nut. I'm too scared to go downstairs to get food.

FOUND CHOCOLATE IN MY ROOM! =D

296 calories a bar! so i think ill eat both.. that means ive ate around 1300 today with the sandwich toooo

Yesterday and today was crap.

Yesterday was saturday and went out drinking for the frist time in ages, and then at 6am we were hungry and raided the cuboards and cooked stuff LOL

then today was fathers day.. so mother bought seafood and cheese and bread. and then for dinner had 3 pieces of pizza.

also been drinking pepsi max >.<

- ham and cheese sandwich (not sure how many calories)
- large mocha coffee

Okay so i've ran out of my diet foods and stuff, gotta go shop tomo for it, so ate what i could fine
- 6 nuggets
- 1 portion of wedges
- 1 portion chips
that all came to like 900 calories I believe

Also I had like 2 glasses of pepsi max.. has no calories? I know people say the sweetner is bad, but i needed something fizzy, and no calorie =)

I haven't lost anything for like 2 weeks. I think I'm eating too much, or not exercising enough.. I don't know?

Bad weekend.. went out drinking 3 times, ate maccas twice cause thats all that was opened and such. boo.

oh wells. back to being healthy on monday!
 
Ok, I am not exactly the best example, cuz I have been MIA for the last 2 weeks... But, I don't think your problem is eating too much. I think it is just the opposite. You are not eating nearly enough. Your body is thinking it is in starvation mode, so it is holding on and storing every single thing that you do eat. I bet if you bump up your calories your metabolism will kick into high gear! Good luck!!!

Do you count calories? You could be possibly under estimating how much you eat.

Also. From looking at your food diary I can see that you have a lot of carbs and not much protein. You could try incorporating some lean protein's into your diet, and cut back on the carbs.
EG. for dinner you could have grilled chicken breast or grilled steak with a large salad with lotsa vegies. This would keep you full much longer, and you don't really need all those carbohydrates at night if you aren't going to be doing much.

There are lots of reasons why you might not be losing weight. So I would not say that you are on a plateau. Like some days you haven't eaten breakfast, one day I saw you have only eaten lunch, this could be a reason why you haven't been successful lately.

Have you ever tried breaking your meals up into 5-6 small meals, I know that can help some people speed up weight loss?
