I highly recommend you get a food scale. I was using measuring cups and such and after I got my scale I realized I was off by alot more than I thought.

Yeh, Im like addicted to carbs, I can't break the habbit lol

Tomorrow im going to write a food plan of what to eat and go shopping and just buy those items.
 
Breakfast
nothing as i woke up at like 4pm

lunch
1 cup cheerios
1/2 cup skinny milk

dinner
pasta sauce
75g (1 cup) wholegrain pasta

later (i got really hungry)
- 2 icecreams on a stick
- bowl pasta from dinner
- bowl of cereal and milk

I used to work nights, 7pm to 7am. And, I know it throws your body off. Everything is kinda out of whack. I did it for 5 years, so I became adjusted but I think that might be why you feel like you are eating too much.

Someone mentioned that you should try to break up your meals and I think this is a great idea. Also, you need to be getting more fruits and veggies along with the extra protein. My trick for this is to cut up a bunch of veggies at the beginning of each week and put them into snack size baggies so I can just grab one as I'm running out the door.

If you make out your meal plan, then I think you will find yourself getting more balanced meals, and then you will start seeing those numbers drop.
