Breakfast
1 cup cheerios
1/2 cup skinny milk

Lunch
- weight watches can soup which was like 80 calories
- weight watchers packet of salt viniger baked chips which was like 80 calories

dinner
- chicken kiev (thats the only meat that was ready)
- 15 wedges from weight watches.. 15 is one serving.
- sour cream for wedges

snack
- can of weight watches peaches.. is like 120 cals for whole can
- 4 weight watchers biscuits was like 120 for the 4 biscuits

Woke up late again.
TREADMILL IS COMING TOMORROW! WOOT!
They said they came to my house to deliver it a few days ago but they said no one was home, and they reckon they have been calling me which they havent. Such liars. I dislike couries! >.< Anyways, they are bringing it tomorrow. CANT WAIT!

- Nothing cause i woke up late

Lunch
- 1 cup cheerios
- 1/2 cup skinny milk

Dinner
- Chicken kiev
- 1/2 cup brown rice

Snack
- weight watchers fruit cup
1 cup skinny milk
1 cup oats

Congrats on getting your treadmill! You are doing great, but it still seems like you might not be eating quite enough. Do you know what your daily calorie totals are? It does seem like you are eating healthy, though, so if you do find yourself getting hungry, try munching on a big 'ol bowl of salad or something else that you won't feel guilty about.

When you say you had 4 chicken teryaki sushi, do you mean the rolls that you buy that are about 8-10cm long?

If so, how many calories do you count as each of those? I have tried SOOOO HARD to find out sushi calories and I can't find anything on it!
 
Austin - I found on a website that terriyaki chicken sushi is 171 calories. Which is alright, if you spread the other calories out evenly, then you won't go over lol

- 2 crispy chicken sushi

I had some prawns and corn from this asian food parents bought. It was 3 prawns and some baby corn.

Ok, I just wasn't sure about the calories you were taking, but it looks good! You are doing a great job! Keep it up. And, you are right, it might be a slow process but it will be well worth it.
 
ok so yesterday was bad! i ate bad!

I hate my normal cheerios for brekkie... but then i went to work and forgot to take my lunch! and nothing was open, like shops. So I was starving all the way through work. And I went to a concert straight after work, and all they had there was junk food. So I ate a hotdog and chips. Then I felt so hungry after that and when I got home I ate lasanga mother made and had 2 glasses of pepsi max.

Boo. Crappy day.

But today will be fine.


Brekkie:
1 cup cheerios
1/2 cup skinny milk

Lunch
- Weight watchers meal

Snack
- packet pumpkin soup

Dinner
- 4 slice of multi grain bread toasted with chicken lunch meat

- 1 chicken breast

- 2 slice pineapple
- 1/2 cup brown rice
(I grilled the chicken and then put pineapple on it and grilled it with cheese on top)

Snack
- 4 weight watchers biscuits

- went out to the movies today so i bought a wrap and it had 1/2 a chicken snitzel in it and cheese and mayo and some lettuce and had a bottle of water with it

dinner
- 2 sausages
- some mashed potato
- beans and carrots
- 2 small lamp chops
- 2 slice white bread.. didnt have any multigrain left

snack
- 4 slice white bread
- 2 slice cheese
- some ham

- White chocolate mocha frappicino from star bucks... I(was craving one! haddnt had one in sooo long!)

- Some pasta salad
- 2 slice multigrain bread
- and i have 1/4 roast chicken, but only ate half of it.

It's good that you gave yourself a little treat. I LOVE starbucks (Caramel Macchiatos are my poison) so I switched from whole milk to fat free. This cut the calorie/fat from 270cal/10g to 190cal/1g. (I cannot believe that one little 'ol drink actually has 10g of fat...) Now, I don't feel bad that I enjoy these yummy drinks.

I don't know man. I feel I'm eating more lately, I'm just so hungry! LOL

But I'm eating good stuff still, even if it's spagehtti and such.

It's been then feelings hungry and going to eat Mcdonalds or something I suppose.
 
You're doing great! Your meals are so healthy.. the chicken and pineapple sounds so good! Keep up the great work! :smash: Did you like using your new treadmill? I've been trying to get an exercise bike for weeks, but everytime I go they are out of the one I want. grrr. I can't wait until I have it! I almost feel as excited about getting it as I would for a puppy! :)
 
I have only used it twice this week. Just haven't been in the best mood to do anything lol... so I think thats why I'm eating more this week.

(makes up for brekkie =D)


was playing WOW last night and was hungry! had 5 slice of toast with chicken lunch meat on it >.<
