Got my 40mins in =) I'm kinda sad the TV in the basement doesn't work, it'd be nice to watch something while walking. I've been listening to my Andy Griffith CD of his stand up. I'll raid my Grandmothers CD cabinet and see if I can find CD #2, I might even have it copied, I dont knw, but I've listened to the first one like 3 times now! It was a bit more, not as easy as Monday's, hopefully by tomorrow it'll go back to being easyish. :seeya:

I went to FoodLand Grocery Store to get lunch, and I LOVE their turkey wraps! Unfortunally, I like mayo with it to and the mayo they give is the 90calorie mayo, 2 packs. Ugh! Ate them both. But all in all, it's lean turkey deli meat, lots of lettuce, and provolone cheese. Not too shabby.

I've covered 6.25miles so far!! Yaayyy!!

N I also saw a spider the size of a small plate [ok maybe not] but this one looked like it could eat a small dog! I hit "STOP" on the treadmill, went running for spider killer, sprayed that sucker to hell. Then forgot I still had to be in the room and gagged myself basically for the next 15mins. My smarts amaze me sometimes, but least the spiders dead! :sifone:

I got my digital scale, it counts 5lbs over my other scale. Erg....I'm going to follow both scales. Prolly go by the digital one. Just not looking forward to having to change my info around =/

We have to buy a new scale. I got on it 3 different times in one session and got 3 different weights. The variance was like 1-1.2 pounds.


I got really mad. lol. When you are struggling to get below a certain number, every pound counts.:willy_nilly:

Haha. Awww. Least it isnt horribly over. Only thing I HATE about new scales is they never agree with each other!

Exercise!

I walked 20mins up the road, went 1/4 of a mile.
Walked 45mins on the treadmill and did 1 3/4miles.

65mins n 2miles today =)

Sorry the scale is all over the place. I'm personally someone who doesn't weigh myself very often at all just because the scale can make or break your day so easily... When I do weigh in I only use the scale at the gym, just because scales differ so much from each other.

Thanks! I love black and white photography. Simple black and white, not the b&w with a "touch of color".

I dont mind weighing myself everyday, it actually keeps me in line. Granted, I'm not as thrilled when I see it on the 'weigh in' day, cause I already knew what was coming. Talk about eliminating the element of surprise. lol.
 
Black and White photography can be so simple and raw, I think that is why I love it. I used to be obsessed with it when I took Photography in highschool.

Your stronger than me, to weigh in everyday. I do know for some people it works though, so to each there own. I would probably be a little more in line if I knew I was facing a weigh in each day :)
