Yea I kind of zone out on the cardio, so it goes by pretty quickly. I always liked running or riding a bike far more than working out. Once I get another 30lbs off I'll start riding my bike again, as I tried last week and had saddle ass for three days.
Sunday: Had a bowl of Cheerios for breakfast, and then a Nachos plate from Chevy's for lunc and dinner (Half at each meal). As that Nachos plate had 1500 calories it was all I needed for the day. Didnt gog the gym Sunday as I figured out I need at least one day off a week to recover and not be whiped out come Monday morning
Monday:
1 yougart 110 cal breakfast
1 cup of Pasta for lunch (325 calories)
dinner" 4 strips of Chicken, two cups of pasta, and a half cup of zuchanni (1300 calories)
1 skinnycow ice cream bar 125 calories:
Total Cal: 1860 calories
Went to the gym: 75 minutes of cardio (-1176 cal) and 45 minutes of strength -?? cal)
I weighed myself and Im down another 3lbs, so while not great, it's still a positive

I know if I change my diet I could shed this off faster, but I'm sometimes weak willed when it comes to food. Once Im at my goal, I'll probally feel more in tune and I'll hopefully have learned some better eating habits.
