Tuesday:
Had a starbucks iced whit moca venti (no whip, nonfat milk) 460 cal
1 yougart: 100 cal
1 bowl total cereal, non-fat milk 305
1 cup wholegrain chips 85 cal
2 slices of turkey 105cal
dinner was a quasedilla (ordered from the low carb section) 1050 calories
another yougart after the gym 100 cal
Total cal: 2205
Gym: 1 hour 5 minutes on the cardio (1023 calories burned according to the display) 35 minutes strength training on the circuit machines.
Haven't weighed myself in a few days, hopefully I'll have lost a bit, as I seem to be hovering at the 298 mark
WOW; that's a lot! What machines are you using?

congrats on the 25lbs down! I've heard good things about the Wii fit, hope you have fun with it. I'm still trying to choose between getting one of those, or some new freeweights for my workouts. Deffinately let us know how you're liking the wii.
I'm not sure that is a flavor I ever want to try...
