hey there ladybug good to see you back. I'mma keeping warm and fired up to lose some more weight. Have been busy keeping track of weight in the challenge so I haven't updated it in my journal yet. Currently just happy to be out of the 240's though.

1.3 grams protein. 47 gram sugar, 251 calories. Mot the best breakfest but i was craving pine apple.
Stew in a light broth. ( searching for my notes on what this calculated to, will fill in later)
strogganoff. ( why fiance must you make the good but fatty foods) 10g protein
1 cup yogurt 8 grams protein (needs to buy the healthier brand of it though)
2 cups milk 18 grams protein.
and it's 4 am tuesday and i can't find my food log so i'll find the rest in late tonight when i update for tuesday.
