i had a candy bar today, and yesterday and the day before
they were christmas presents and actually layed on the floor for a while but i suddenly had a sweet tooth these past 3 days....
when people say eat healthy, it is REALLY that bad if u have a candy bar once in a while? i mean i reads like 170 calories and like around 26g sugar, which is quite equivlent to a juice box....
does that mean juice boxes are dangerous too?
well now, my real question, how bad are candies towards weight training?
