Thanks, Tammy! I was proud of myself for having lost despite the plate fulls of cookies and other stuff everywhere I turned around. If I can get down under 200 this week, I'll be happier than I know what to do.
 
Just stopping by to catch up on your diary....looks like everything's going great! Congrats on the 5.5 pounds!!! I'm so excited for you! You deserve it! You go girl!
 
Ok, supper was a pita pocket taco (wheat 'n honey pita), 1 oz ground turkey, a little less than 1/2 cup of cheese, less than a teaspoon of fat free sour cream, taco sauce, and a huuuuuge salad. Oh, and a Skinny Cow peanut butter and chocolate icecream sandwhich. 551 calories for the mess of it.

That brings me to 1505 calories for the day, with a goal range of 1310-1660.

Redneck Woman - Thank you! I can't wait, either! I haven't been under 200 in forever! And so far it hasn't even been that hard. I don't know if I finally just got tired (for the last time) of looking the way I do, or what, but resisting the "bad" stuff (chocolate, cookies, etc) hasn't been any big deal.

I can't wait to go home for the first time after I loose most, if not all, of the weight and see the looks on people's faces!

Just real quick for today:

Breakfast:
Turkey pita sandwhich with 1 slice of provolone cheese, and light Miracle Whip. 1 packet of 100 calorie pack mini Nacho Cheese Doritos, and 1 clementine. (377 calories)

Snack: 1 cup of mashed potatoes with about 1/4 cup of brown gravy. (183 cal)

Afternoon snack: 1 serving light string cheese, 1 apple, about 1/2 cup of grapes, and a cup of green tea with splenda - not all at one time! (200 cal)

Haven't even thought about supper yet. Finally got the house back from all the guests, and the hubby is taking the boys back to their mom today and I slept some after work and the gym and now I'm just sorta vegging.

We may just have left over tacos for supper. At least I know how many calories that is. :)

Went to the gym this morning - 20 mintues on the eliptical and 15 on the bike. Then strength training. 456 cal burned, just for the cardio.

I'll go back tomorrow since the gym will be closed on my regular day (monday), so want to still be able to get in four days this week. I'm going to get to the 100's this week if it kills me! LOL
 
Oh I know you'll get to the 100's! You're doing great! I'll do an extra crunch for you! ;)
 
hehe sometimes it takes a fair while before you can tell, its painfully slow but then suddenly you wake up and go 'oh my god im there!'
 
Thanks everybody! I ended up going out to play pool with some friends last night, but even with a double cheeseburger, regular coke, 1 light beer, and about 4 nachos, I only went over the high side of my calorie range by about 100 calories! I can live with that for one night, especially with the extra 100 cal burned at the gym yesterday morning and I'm fixing to head out this morning and do it again.

Tonight we're going to a friend's house for a New Year's get together thing. This ought to be tough, food wise, since I'm the only one seriously trying to watch what I eat. There is another girl who says she is, but when it's something she wants, she tends to forget. That's fine for her, but I'm not doing that. Weigh in is Thursday. I want to have lost 2 pounds by then.

Ok, off to take a shower and then see if I can accomplish 2 things. 1 - spend some of the gift cards I got for Christmas. and 2 - maybe squeeze myself into something smaller in the way of pants/shirts.
