Ugh, sorry about the power outage and the washing machine. But Wow you are a really strong woman. Your kids are lucky to have such a great mom that keeps on truckin through hard times.

Congrats about the full hour on the bike. But 672 cals burnt, isn't that great? Was that sarcasm???

Oh it sounds kinda low to me gals...LOL...I did another 30 mins on the bike....and went for a short stroll...LOL...I guess I am use to higher numbers for lower amounts of time...like tennis...30 mins is just under 500 cals, Tae bo 30 mins is 500 cals...
 
Girl I see you are stepping up the excercise to I think it makes ya feel so much better and you feel like you have accomplished something! Keep up the awsome work we are so gonna make them scales move!
 
So I am down half a lb and I am a little surprized...I maintained my 5 lbs loss and got rid of another .5 ... I bet next week i will have a big loss, Ive been exercising a fair amount, well using that bike alot. The weather has been crappy, the kids have been sick and high maintance so I just jump on that bike and ride away, LOL...when my youngest watches cartoons I ride the bike...I figure I am still there with her and still watching them with her I am just exercising in the process...a win win situation for us all...

I am appearantly getting thinner, LOL...people are starting to notice and comment on it...i am getting leaner and toned and my belly is starting to slowly disappeared, I really noticed it for the first time yesturday with what I was wearing...I still pretty much see fat and a big ass...I have alot to loose, however I can tell the difference...and I can see it...and my jammies are starting to fall down...I am loosing some of that big ass!!! Best thing to is that when I go to Curves to get weighted and measure for this challenege I joined I will be down 5 lbs:):):)

I am no longer posting my food because to be honest I am not eating all that much, Im just not hunger it seems...I am making sure I am eating and eating fairly well but just not alot and I dont wanna get yelled at...LOL!!!

We are on a boil water order for the time being...it seems all t he storm water has ran into our resovores...we have three main ones and they are all contaminated...not even alloud to brush our teeth with that water...geeesh!!!

hi there! Sounds like you're actually doing really great! And hey on that night when your little one cried til she threw up...do NOT let me hear you say you were lazy that night! lol Taking care of kids is quite the exercise routine in itself!!!

OMG!!! I never thought I would ever do this but I am goign to post my measurments...

Bust 49.25 - 47.75
Waist 46 - 40.5
Abs 50 - 47
Hips 50 - 47
Thighs 27.5 - 25.5
Arms 15 - 14

Grand total 13 inches lost in 3 weeks...well maybe 4...3.5 I think to be exact...

I am very proud of myself...and my Curves manager commented on how good I am looking!!! YES!!!

Oh and I created alot of problems shall we say at Curves with my measurements, they thought it was fishy for me to have results like that...luckly the manager knows me and such and was vouching for me and was listening to me as I explianed how much I have stepped it up the changes I have made and how serious and focused I am...geeesh hey, I am proud of myself and they are doubting me and it and instead of beign happy for me they are questioning it , I mean come on, I cant fake or cheat on my inches...

This maybe a shocker to you all but besides work all I have done for exercise is Curves...Im debatign over the bike but the couch might win tonight...ssshhh!!! I just decided I am gonna bike, question is how long will I last maybe 30 mins...prob 45 but I dont see it beign an hour...I am pooped already, LOL....30 mins on the bike all I could handle

I wonder how they could question your measurements though, doesn't Curves measure you themselves? If it were something to be questioned, wouldn't it be their fault?? That's really odd.

ANYWAY, WOW, you're doing awesome, keep it up girl!!!

Ok dropping in quickly *LOUD THUD!!!* LOL...My day yesturday was something else, I tell ya...this black rain cloud above my head needs to be removed...I think it is time dont you...LOL...I will elabor more later and reply to posts here later on...it is almost 7am on a Sunday mornign and I need to wake the kids to take the oldest downtown to Vancouver (45 mins away) for choir that goes all day long and begins at 830 *UGH*

Long story short abt yesturday the girls and I were stranded at the sky train station when the car decided to not work...*SIGH* and so it goes on from there...

will be back later on today...OH and I didnt even excerse *cant remeber how to spell it* yesturday none at all not even a lick can you beleive that WOW....ok bye for now

Hey Tammy, pretty much everythign is on my own, i hardly go to Curves anymore...once a week at least maybe usually twice but never 3 times or more...I mostly do stuff here or outdoors every chance I get...

I play tennis when I have the time frame and the light issue, I go on walks same idea or run and walk at the track (it has lights) with the youngest...I have learnt to like my bike and get addicted to it, it is just easier in this weather and such...I have my ab ball video I use and my Tae Bo tapes although since my back I havent done it and my Yoga, I seem to rotate those things...Curves is here and there...I find I cant fit it in around the other things I wanna do...LOL...

Plus I work also remeber...cleaning houses it is a fair amount of work too...I joined a challenege at Curves hoping it would motivate me more...one month challenege and we NEED to work out three times a week or we are kicked out of the challenege...LOL...i think I need that motivation...but one of my new goals is going to be to burn a thousand cals a day on top of work so yeah...if I bike for an hour and go to Curves daily I could do that easily...food for thought anyway...thanx for always dropping by :D :D :D

Oh as far as the exercising comment, I am hardly exercising, ive done such a litlte amount this weekend it is pathetic *UGH* LOL

Exercise today :

Walk - 1 hour
Bike 45 mins
Ball/abs - 30 mins

OMFG!!! My youngest is actually napping!!! This means that I can do my ball exercises...YES!!! My kids are so mean...My oldest laughs at me and asks me if that is what you are supposta do ont eh ball and my youngest tries to kick it out from me...*GRUMBLE* Gotta love kids:D:):D
