Anyway, in the last handful of years, I've gained an unhealthy amount of weight and now I have to lose it. I'm starting with the treadmill 10-20 minutes once a day, cutting back on fatty junk foods, and just trying to be generally more active. I have a few questions, some curiousities that have plagued my mind!
Where does the fat go when you're burning it off? How does it leave the body?
Does Cellulite (spelling?) go away when you start losing weight?
Do stretch marks go away to any extent?
Does fat burn off everywhere, even if its just one place doing the exercise? (Like using the treadmill, will the fat burn off from my arms after a while, or could I have fat arms and skinny little legs?)
