so far so good the kids are ready for school with 45 minutes to spare and I have had 2 boiled eggs for brekky. have to talk to the school priciple about my youngest son when i drop the kids at school this morning.
 
just got back from the gym and ate 1 can of tuna as a post workout snack, increased the weight on my reverse grip pulldowns need to increase my squat weights. While i was at the gym there was a photographer there taking pics of everybody in the gym for a new brochure and i just happened to be doing squats and i must say that me doing squats is not a pretty sight lol.
 
oh goodness, that is funny. cameras at the gym!?!! sounds like you are doing great. just wanted to check in!

I bet you look great doing squats, hehe. I hope you make the brochure, that would be so cool!

Way to juggle the kids and exercise. Looking good!

Lunch: 2 apples and some cheese
Snack: salami
Supper: Beef and Veg.
 
i'm sure you look fine! :) besides you will be FAMOUS with your butt (or whatever) being on a fitness brochure!
 
there probably aren't many exercises you could do which would make you feel attractive at the time! focus on your general awesomeness for actually DOING the squats and going to the gym - yay for you :)
 
Yesterdays Food

5:30 am Breakfast: 2 eggs
Snack: 2 Bannanas
Noon Lunch:Caesar salad, Tuna
Snack: Bannana
Snack: 1 whole fresh local Pineapple
Snack: Bannana
Supper: 2 cans of tuna after training at about 9pm

i think i need to have an extra morning snack because breakfast is usually early morning leading to eating to much in the afternoon.

Training was all @$#$$# up we were suposed to go to the gym for training but it was changed at the last minute to another day and i wasn't told so i was late down to the field for normal training so i wasn't warmed up well enough and straind a muscle in a sprint :mad:

leg is feeling fine today so heading to the gym as usual this morning.
 
So far today

Breakfast: 4 eggs

Gym workout felt a little slugish, increased some reps and weights, increased squats from 4X10@40kg to 4X12@50kg (110 pounds) but still to light after doing hack squats @80kg in my previous 6 week program.

I won a great little gift basket at the gym today in the monthly draw which includes some lovely bath crystals, a new drink bottle and towel and a few other nice bits and pieces :D

Snack: Tuna
 
Woman, you are my inspiration! You do such a good job! :D A gift baskey of goodies, that sounds like great fun! Bath crystals ..... mmmm a good soak after the gym or long days... my idea of heaven! LOL Keep up the good work, Tru!
 
wow id like the water bottle and towel! I have to bring a small towel with me in the summer for walks, and on super hot days, the water bottle too. I hate doing it, but sometimes I must. I just hate having to pee on a workout!:D
