True test of strength

this discussion has gone in a pretty crazy direction- "strength of character," "relative vs. actual strength," "toilet throwing," sheep and Big Foot avatars. lol, by the way Eric, is that an ass-potato?

I will agree with Stream that there should be two exerices for true strength, and I believe that's why the DL and BP are used a lot more often. But squats and pull-up come in very close behind.

As my old business studies teacher used to say, some people need to remember RTFQ. That stands for Read The F***ing Question.

The OP gave a list of lifts and asked which ONE people most consider teh true test of strength.

I think that if Chillen was ever marked by my business studies teacher he'd still be in detention now because of RTFQ
