Trops Diary

The guy who plays the friend is great. I think that was his first acting role, too. The guy's got some talent. Either that or that just is who he is.

"Funny Man"??? Yep. Either way, his character was great! I love the line about the cat scene... actually all of them, but my favorite is ... "Why would you do that??" "I felt it would bring closure to our relationship!" :smilielol5: That has to be one of my favorite movies.

ABSOLUTELY!! I hate to admit it, but I do use it from time to time! I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's probably a "Boston" thing, therefore it turned up in that movie!! That's my story, and i'm stickin' to it.

lol it is a total Boston thing....I have a new roommate moving in tonight and he's from mass and he used it when we were talking and I stopped him in the middle of his story and screamed lol it's been forever since I've heard someone use it

Note to self: Check the weather before shooting your mouth off to Alta.

Well, next time. So far it looks like I'll be running tomorrow morning in the mix of rain and snow at sunrise.

:smilielol5:......BUUUUUUUAAAHAHAHAHAH :reddevil:....hahah.....YUP...RAIN OR SHINE.!!! No excuses right!!!?!? .....yeahhhhh...didn't THINK SO!!! LOL!! :D:
...NOW, I HAVE TO DO THIS ....after you've given me a MAJOR MORNING CHALLENGE!!!

Damn skippy, rain or shine. If I'm going running in a wintry mix, then you are for sure getting your bones up forklift or none. :cheers2:

Well, the good news is that it didn't rain this morning, so I did get my run in.. It was 35 deg. and with the wind chill it said that it should feel like 25. It seemed like everything was telling me to head in or go to the gym instead. Unfortunately I didn't plan so well last night, and I couldn't find my running sweatshirt. I don't usually use it because it's been warm, but I needed it this morning. I had a hat and gloves, but just a short sleved shirt. Damn it was cold. I usually kick up the fire in the wood stove before I leave for work, so that it's toasty when the rest of the family gets up. Today it just wasn't taking, so I left it low and hoped that it would get warm soon enough. The frost on my windshield took a real long time to defrost, so I didn't get my coffee on the way to work. My Ipod had no charge, so I had to run without it. So many of my old joints were aching. I think I might have pushed it too far on Saturday.

But, in the end I did get the run in, so that is something. :gnorsi:

I've had mornings like this... and runs too. Nothing seems to go right. But hey you got out and got your run done before Alta was outta bed right???

Hey I just wanted to say thanks for all your support. I really appreciate it... I know I like to bash on myself sometimes and its nice to have someone to talk some sense into me... so thanks. :)

Ok, so I'm at work and I got a good run in this morning. I have a healthy lunch ready to go and a rep came in and decided to buy lunch. He's getting chicken wings and ribs from a place near here that is really the best around. I haven't had chicken wings in about 7 months, so I think I'm going for it. :piggy:

:cheers2:
