Diamonds, you caught me at a good time. I just got back from the gym. I hate going at this time because it's so crowded, but it was the only time I could go today, so I took it. I did a pretty good all around workout, but I did a nice focus workout on my shoulders. I think I might start incorporating a focus muscle group each time.

Today was a busy day. We have a wedding tomorrow in Provedence, RI. The morning was spent packing, then we left home at about noon. Got here and had China Buffet for dinner. I ate too much, but not nearly as much as I once would have. Right now I'm still hungry, but that's a good thing. Also, I'm stuck in the hotel room with no food, so what's there to do. Oh, and my wife is with her sister, the bride, tonight, so it's just me and the kids.

Tomorrow should be good. There is a pool in the hotel, so we'll go swimming, and there is a "gym", but no weights. It was funny when I checked in. The receptionist mentioned that there is a gym, then looking at me, she apologized that it was really small. I asked if there were weights and she said no, but she'll make a note of it for the manager. I guess they don't get many people actually using the gym. I think I will take the kids there before the pool. There is a treadmill and elliptical machine, they can play on them and I'll jump rope. Then we'll play in the pool till it's time to get ready for the wedding.
 
Thanks for stopping and saying hi. Hope the wedding was awesome and you got to have some fun with that pool. I love swimming but I worked so much this summer I never got to go this year. You are doing great, keep up the good work!
 
Thanks JZ. The wedding was really great, but unfortunately we didn't scam a babysitter for Saturday night. Pretty uneventful evening afterward. Turns out that you can't buy any beer or wine in Rhode Island except at package stores, so we only had the one bottle of wine that we brought with us. Could have used about two more, but it's probably a good thing that we didn't. Sunday was bagels at my father in law's, which turned into a full day hang out till dinner. Then got back last night and just vegged out for a bit before sleep.

Today I have to get to the gym early. Kids have a half day of school and I'm off from work. I'm so behind on my working out I don't know what to do. I'll figure it out when I get there.
 
I just got back from the gym and have a new high to report Bench press was 245 x2. I did one and knew I had more so I just barely got out a second. very happy about that. My weight has been fluctuating between 200 and 202 pretty much all this month. This morning after pigging out for the weekend it was 203.6, so I'm not worried about it at all. Just glad that I'm still making gains at the gym. Other weights were good, too, but I'm gauging by the bench press. +50 is right there. I think I'm going for it next gym trip.
