I'm back :) I took some time away from here and basically my life for a little while ... I needed some time to myself and time to get my life back on track! I was under a lot of stress with school and family issuses, holiday stress, bills, etc. ! lol ... Life basically haha ... so I needed some time to just figure myself out and take a little break. But I am back :) I have missed everyone so much! I decided to start a new journal since my last one was getting rather full and said "Atkins" journal lol. So here I am, fresh start again! Fresh new journal! I'm still just watching what I eat, portion control & exercising. My goal for exercise is right now to work out 6 days a week, at least 45 minutes of cardio a day plus strength training. So I am on the same route as last time I was here ...

B- banana
S- banana
L- spaghetti/sauce/cheese
S- low fat chips
D- huge lettuce salad w/ cheese, grilled chicken and light french dressing & tomatoes

Goals for the month of December!!! (Happy December everyone hehe*)

1. 45 minutes cardio 6x's per week
2. strength training 4x's per week
3. 94 oz. water per day
4. write down foods everyday
 
Trish, Oh my goodness your back. I have missed you so much. I am glad you have came back to us I never gave up on you I still messaged everyday in your journal. You just made my day. Wow have you missed tons. Anyway good plan Darlin....(((HUGS)))!:D :p

I forgot to mention .. I don't know how many of you gals are country music fans lol ... but I AM haha* And I went to go see Big & Rich & Gretchen Wilson on Monday night in Green Bay, WI!! It was SUCH a great show!!! Lots of fun :)

Well ladies, keep up the good work ... today I am CLEANING this place up lol ... how it gets so messy with ONE person living here I will never know hehe* ... and then to the gym & then to the library later on this afternoon for a LONG time ... so I wil be catching up on some journals then :) I will try right now to pop in at least and just say hi to everyone but I want to be able to KNOW what's going on in everyones lives!!! Missed you all SO MUCH :)

B- bowl of special K w/ skim

L- half apple w/ natural PB & salad w/ lettuce/tomato & light red wine vinegrette dressing
S- sugar free w/ low fat cool whip

Hey Hey Babycakes, sorry I didnt get in here this morning but always something going on on fridays its crazy but I had to come and see you now. so so glad you are back. Make sure you fit running 50 miles in your busy schedule today I already got mine done...LOL. Hope you have a good day Sweetie.

Thanksgiving was great - ate way too much! lol* But it was great! We had family come up so it was nice to see everyone :) How was yours?

I didn't get my exercise in yesterday ... *shame on me!!!* , so today I will push extra hard :)

B- 2 eggs = 180
1 whole grain toast = 80
1 yogurt = 100

S- string cheese = 90

L- salad w/ tomatoes & turkey = 250

D- cottage cheese = 180
lean cuisine meal = 230

TTL: 1410



I need to start having my bigger meals in the morning and smaller towards the evening .... because otherwise I pig out at night and dont burn those cals off! Yikes!

Hi Trish, I think you were gone when I killed off my alter ego, 2bigforTexas! I confused alot of people with that!!! It's still me, though! I'm glad your back and I'm glad your doing ok. We all missed you around here! Time to get back to work.

Hey Trish! I never had the chance to welcome you back ... Sooooo I'm doing it now!! lol.. Welcome Back!!!! I tend to eat more in the evenings then in the mornings.. and It is soo hard for me to get alot of my caleries in at breakfast because I'm usually not all that hungry anyway! I'm working on it though!!
