I'm back
I took some time away from here and basically my life for a little while ... I needed some time to myself and time to get my life back on track! I was under a lot of stress with school and family issuses, holiday stress, bills, etc. ! lol ... Life basically haha ... so I needed some time to just figure myself out and take a little break. But I am back
I have missed everyone so much! I decided to start a new journal since my last one was getting rather full and said "Atkins" journal lol. So here I am, fresh start again! Fresh new journal! I'm still just watching what I eat, portion control & exercising. My goal for exercise is right now to work out 6 days a week, at least 45 minutes of cardio a day plus strength training. So I am on the same route as last time I was here ...
