Morning Everyone,
Last night after studying for 6+ hours, i still don't have everything done and im nowhere near ready for the test tomorrow morning. I'm about to start up studying until my noon class and then after i get back around 6, im hitting the books until late. I weighed in at 149.5 this morning which means that i have lost more weight. Next week is my last week at 2000 cals and i will re-assess where i am after weighing in...most likely still losing. I think my maintenance is somewhere around 2500-2700 but im taking my time finding my level so when i do start serious lifting i can know im eating enough to build.
